I think interceptions should be punished more aggressively. Ben threw 5 interceptions, that should equate to a huge point reduction.

    >_>

How Jags didnt score higher for that is actually the weird one i was looking at. i mean they scored high but 9th best

I'm having a nightmare. I went WR, WR which would normally be a decent strategy but points per run attempted makes RBs too ridiculous in terms of points.

I mean i understand this if you didnt play last year, as its strange scoring, but it is the same as last year. I like it as its different, although the DST scoring seems wrong to me.

It turns out that if you set up a team to play one very specific way then you become predictable and easy to scheme against . Who knew ! We'll need to find a balance or it's not going to work out. Whatever happens the Jags are drafting a QB in rd 1 next year . If you have a QB that you have to hide then you don't have a QB.

Such a shame, Bortles looked so good that first season

pretty happy with my draft. think i got decent depth and two great backs. took a gamble with zeke, but at 11 he was too good to pass up on.

its a gamble alright with the most likely scenario being he misses 38% of the fantasy season. If you get to the playoffs though, it will have been a great move

I'm cool with with reverse order.

where did we land on the new changes? I think it would be nice if we at least increased our bench sizes so we can take a punt on a few sleepers.

didnt we reduce it last year so people couldnt just hold players. gave you more to think about each week.

    Any support for ...

    QB

    RB

    RB

    WR

    WR

    WR

    TE

    FLEX RB/WR/TE

    D/ST

    K

    6 BENCH

If we are playing the same scoring, i think we should do same team positions and size. That Flex will always be a RB if allowed and will just make RBs even more demanded/scarce

How would one go about buying some of these currencies?

I believe Revolut plan to adopt bitcoin, so will be alot easier to purchase soon. Which i guess may increase demand

I was really against the idea of getting a dishwasher when the other half suggested it, but I have no idea why looking back, I haven't washed up in years.

It was just like that film Beethoven, but instead of a St. Bernard it was a dishwasher.

Wait, people still clean their own cutlery? why would anyone not get a dishwasher? you can buy them on finance so it cant be cost. lack of space? nostalgia?

  12. Well my girlfriend is moving in with me this weekend so we will see how it goes. I dated her originally in Dublin in 2009 and we have been friends(etc ;)) since up till 2 years ago. While we weren't together people would tell us we would get back together which i think both of us believed. I would be pretty sure we will get married in a couple of years.

Anyway back on topic of her moving in, obviously it will be abit weird but im not too worried about those situations mentioned, we are already quite happy to be separate and do our own things. We will be working from home together 1 day a week which could cause issue, i also work from home another 2 days (3 days total) so will have my space. The thing i am most worried about is actually our sleeping schedules. Because we both train alot and because of how often i work from home, we will both wake up at varying times every day. I am sure ill get used to it, but might be irritating.

    Like actors?

to be fair, some actors yeah. the point is at that time, you werent thinking about the plot, everyone was thinking "thats Ed Sheeran, why is he there" or something of that ilk. I guess for a big actor, lets say Brad Pitt, would be fairly similar especially for just a cameo. But you might think less about why an actor is acting in a tv show than another celeb acting in a tv show. For me someone like Steve Buscemi would cause very little time in questioning his appearing.

The amount of time spent not thinking of the plot seems to directly correspond with irritation to the show for casting. (Its not Ed's fault)

Anyway i was looking online to see who else had cameos and found this article in GQ which probably sums it up way better than i do:

    http://www.gq.com/story/ed-sheeran-game-of-thrones-cameo

    .........

And after spending the morning thinking out loud about it, I am comfortable saying Ed Sheeran's cameo... was bad. It wasn’t really Ed Sheeran’s fault. He was given so little to do that he couldn’t really bungle it in any meaningful way. But it was a reminder that cameos need to be handled judiciously, because the mere sight of a familiar celebrity can pull you right out of a TV show.

  14. I didnt like it, because it take you out of the show into real life, if you know what i mean. Its nothing to do with my dislike of Ed Sheeran. If any celeb i couldnt picture in Westerous or wherever popped up i would get irritated.

    This!

People predict a housing crash every year but until supply outgrows demand, how and why would prices drop? To reduce demand, you would have to change the British viewpoint that one needs to own a house, which if it does happen it wont be in a year. This would also lead to a higher demand and thus prices for rent. are peoples beliefs still going to be you dont need to own a house if rent goes up and house prices go down?

    This,

People have talked about the bubble bursting for decades.

The way i see it, is back to basic economics. Demand for housing grows faster than supply in housing. This makes prices go up. When i say prices thats the combination of rental prices and house prices. People need places to live and are either buying houses (house price increase) or renting houses (rental prices increase) or a mixture of both.

Untill supply matches demand overall prices are likely to keep rising.

My viewpoint is mainly from greater London though where the disparity between demand and supply is large

I actually thought i had discussed quite alot over last few pages but it appears not as much as i thought.

A you can see from the above i take a really basic Economical view, might be because i studied Economics at Uni.

Either way as a fairly long term investments plan for the Fund, I am not too worried, we are not over-leveraged and we have bought well in what i believe are great locations (mostly Tooting and Kidlington)

I completely understand everyone's worries and agree the pricing of housing in the county is ridiculous, i just dont see what drastic change will cause a major correction other than a destruction of the UK economy bigger than we would have seen in decades.
