I agree I didnt really want to say it but it looks terrible. Sort of like a kids comedy.
I don't think there will be any laughs, its a message delivery system, nothing else.

Very mixed on this. Looks almost to much of a comedy.
It looks awful. 1st rule of Space is always, don't know, touch it.
I liked the way she stopped just before the glass at the start upside down in a place with no friction or gravity. A Marvel in its self.
Who do they want to see this film, this is going to bomb bad IMO.
The CGI and backdrops, Red Dwarf Series 2 looked a lot better.

Starmer needs to concentrate on what the Tories have done to the economy
I disagree, its too much of a moving target. What if it improves ? Then hope it goes wrong in election week.
A fixed target such as Health is the way too go IMO. It cant be improved in time and it effects a lot of people.

Maybe there will be significant defections to them?
I don´t think so, ALBA don´t really register as a destination, they are on 1% in Scotland.
Salmond comes across as a beaten man struggling to believe his own lies now, reduced to doing little pubs and stuff like that now,`The ALBA Big night in the Eagle`
They are trying to get donations all the time on Twitter at the moment.

Probably going to split in 2. From what I understand (mainly from this thread/VillaTalk generally) it is a "broad church" primarily based on the desire for independence. Politics apart from that stretch all across the political spectrum and once they gained independence/lost momentum it would likely lose support/split anyway. Suspect that is what is happening now but don't think it will fold completely.
Even Sturgeon now, removed all trace.

Not sure he has ever been in it to be fair. Keep his head down and who knows.

Starmer just needs to stay away from Russian hats and bacon sandwiches, because that's what is important.
Falling over in the sea is not a good luck either.

Bigger question is how does a 21 year old have access to that type of documentation?
Common practice in the US forces as I understand it. It has to be like this I suppose becasue of the command structure although I am not sure of that.
Very young people with very big secrets, in their defence this happens very rarely and the deterrents are extreme. In this case it's showing off as oppose to spying. Big difference in the motivation.

Something is going on, some MSPs are removing any links to the SNP from their Twitter Bios.
One of them has disappeared completely. Maybe it's going to fold (The SNP) if that is possible ?
They lost a lot of members in the last month. They might be having a deserved Bernie Madoff moment when it all comes tumbling down.

I don't know what's wrong with people.
How the **** can anyone genuinely believe voting tory again is the right move?
If the Tories win the next GE, I genuinely think I'm **** off to another country.
I forgot one thing, if the Tories get anywhere with the boats and appealing to a certain section of their fan base then its going to be even close.
If they can get Labour into murky waters and appear unconvincing and then announce something that passes for progress in their mind, anything could happen.

I still expect a comfortable labour win
November 2022
Lab 52% Con 22%
April 2023
Lab 45 % Con 29 %
Win, almost certain, comfortable, not so sure.
They (Lab) can easily still lose this. History is not on their side I suspect, how many times have they actually smashed it in the last 50 years at the G/E.
Why it might change (Few little guesses)
- Inflation will slowly come down further, allowing for final agreements with strikers and pay disputes.
- The inflation reduction will inject a bit of growth to the GDP and this will slowly rise as the GE gets closer.
- Like it or not, Britain loves a day off and a Coronation, mood changer.
-
Ukraine will end at some point this year and the British Government will, rightly so ride a bit of a wave for that (Weapons', leading support nation in terms of no hesitation)
- Ukraine will win IMO and smash through the front line as soon as the troops are in place (Return from training) with the new MBT's. Once through RU are done.
- I 100% believe the attack adverts on Sunak backfired as a small example. They may do more of this stuff.
- Lab shadow bench as a collective interview badly, they get battered on BBC breakfast FFS.
- As soon as Starmer starts with the "We have had X government for Y years, let me have a go please" type stuff, they are well on the way to losing it.
Just a few thoughts.

There were a lot of Independance marches in Scotland over the last few days as well.

At least Sturgeon didn't have the 100k motor home confiscated from her mother in laws (90years old) driveway as part of the ongoing investigation.
Oh dear.

She resigned, it’s Humza Yousaf now.
You are correct, things can only get better for him I suppose.
It was weird she (Sturgeon) didn't post a selfie from the garden or in the tent as per usual, never usually misses something like this. She is still MIA. -
SNP just had their auditor bail after almost 12 months of examining the finances.
One day after Murrells arrest. Sturgeon, for someone happy to use Auschwitz for self promotion is MIA, strange. No funny little soundbites from her. Imagine if they had something kike this in Westminster, she would be all over it for months.
Some SNP supporters think it's all MI5 and a fit up .

How often does it chuck out Man Utd vs Villa in the 3rd round of cup?
If it does it again we at least deserve a complete Panorama episode and a investigation.

Hopefully winning over that one focus group in Mansfield means that all this horrible shit ends up being worthwhile.
It will damage Labour more than anyone else.
A child like attempt at being clever on Twitter. -

To personalise it to Sunak, in a week when the right are merrily stating child abusing gangs are composed mostly of ethnic minorities - is pretty grim. I'd be fascinated to hear the Labour defence of this.
I don't know why but some Labour shadow cabinet don't interview well and come across unprepared and seem to think they can run the interview down the subjects they want to highlight.
Lucy Powell got destroyed on BBC Breakfast today. "Do you stand by the tweet yes or know", would not answer.
The tweet will damage Labour far more than the Tories now. The tweet seems out of character for Labour and a mistake.- 1

The Night Agent - Excellent at what it does. 7/10.
I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Looks expensive and the cast is very good on the whole.

I wouldn't be surprised if the leak to the police was internal due to the small and parochial nature of Scottish politics. Someone getting their own back methinks.
I don't think it is this, they tried to cover things up and no lawyer or accountancy firm will sign it all off and then it just escalated.
This has been through a process and is coming out the other side as I understand it.
Sturgeon resigning so suddenly is something to do with this or the supreme court judgement or a bit of both.

Given what is happening with the SNP you've got to be looking at Labour picking up plenty of their seats at the next election.
It is all falling into place nicely for Labour isn't it without them having to do too much other than look reasonably competent.
Open goal now, SNP are finished as political force now IMO.
A few stragglers will go to the frankly insane ALBA party but not many as there is clearly something wrong with Salmond.
