So, the Coventry bin men - union busting corporate centrist in battle against labour (small l) or Sir Kier standing up to egomaniacal unions threatening local services?
Probably a bit of both I reckon.
He has my LEV vote but jeez he makes it hard to feel okay about it.
Sharon Graham isn't messing about, and won't take crap from anyone when her members are getting messed about. Unite under her are heavily focused on their industrial strategy. Love to see it personally.
Give the workers what they want. They've earned it.
A Labour Council hiring scab workers is as low as it gets. No shame whatsoever.

10/10 for the Boba Fett finale. For me, anyway.
It was a lot of fun.
SpoilerDisappointed to see Cad Bane killed off. Could have done a lot more with the character in the live action shows.
Other than that, Boba Fett riding the Rancor was amazing.

Just give it all the Favreau. Star Wars is his, hand him everything and let him do whatever he wants with it.
If only he’d had the sequel trilogy.
And Dave Filoni.

You're all wrong. If you couldn't get excited by episode 6, then Star Wars isn't for you.

How good was the Luke CGI?! Definitely testing the tech for a future Luke series. Rumours of Han and Q'ira. We got Order66, 501st Clone Troopers, Cad Bane!!! Luke with Ahsoka.
This was pure Star Wars.
F**K YOU JJ ABRAMS. F**K YOU RIAN JOHNSON.
All hail Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni
Quite.

Yeah episode 4 was much better.
SpoilerI enjoyed the cameo from Thundercat, although the scene he was in annoyed me a bit.

I've got a lot of love for this picture. Would have been fun to be in that room.

People saying Susanna Reid... she's top notch!
Never mind famous people, in my younger, blackout drunk years, I once woke up in a strange bed in West Heath next to woman who bore a striking resemblance to Catweazle.
I'll make the joke before anyone else does. Are you sure you didn't spend the night with Jeremy Corbyn?

I had a bit of a thing for Catherine Tate for a while. I'm a sucker for a ginger though.

I love Rogue One but I do wonder how fondly I’d remember it without the last 5 minutes.
Yeah Rogue One was amazing, but Donnie Yen aside, the best part was Vader being badass, and trying not to cry when you realised the last scene with Leia was set right before New Hope.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for having that stuff too. The problem is that they want to awkwardly shoehorn the old characters into the new stuff too. Just keep them separate.
It was cool to have a series that didn’t feature Jedi everywhere, and one AT-ST or TIE Fighter is a major problem. But then they go and add Luke and Boba etc and it ends up feeling exactly like all the other Star Wars stuff.
Fair enough, but it honestly hasn't bothered me in the slightest. Luke appearing at the end of Mando was one of the greatest moments in TV history for me.

Massive no to the last few posts. Yeah I want new characters and stories, but also hook nostalgia shit right up to my veins! Let me see Young Admiral Ackbar, The Book of Bossk, What Wedge Did Next, and The Ponda Baba Chronicles as soon as possible.

Still can't move after my dinner. Was immense. Rib of beef, I got one of the bones to gnaw on <insert Kenneth Williams here>, pigs in blankets, roasties, Yorkshire pudding, mash, cabbage, peas, carrots. Only had one glass of red, but that was enough having cut back on the drinking a bit. Some Aldi chocolate pudding thing for desert. I don't think I'll eat again till tomorrow.
Good haul of pressies, including some Samsung earbuds, and a Mandalorian helmet <insert Kenneth Williams here> mug. I had a moment of dread yesterday, when I had a feeling my parents had bought me the new Paul Weller singing with an orchestra album. Thankfully that wasn't the case. No Lynx Africa.

62? Bloody hell I would have said a lot younger. I saw The Roots once and loved them. My companion hated it, yet I am still married to her.
Yeah I saw them live a couple of times. An excellent live band. Showing Hip Hop (although they were much more than that) isn't just two turn tables and a microphone (as wonderful as that can be also).
