Well, that's a gold in the men's team sprint. Fully deserved and all of them put in a great shift. They were flying in every round... WR too.

The Chinese would still win silver yet they've both walked off by the looks of things... UPDATE - They are back out for the medals. Probably got told that they had to get their backsides out there.

Well, Germany have just won gold in the women's team sprint. They actually finished second, yet the Chinese were demoted due to the changeover. Basically Germany won it by default as the officials decided to relegate GB and the Chinese. That's a bit of a hollow gold as they didn't even deserve it...

Whatever the case (relegated or disqualified) the blame lies with the riders. They know the rules and Pendleton went too soon. I just hope she can pick herself back up for the other races.

Actually, it looks like we aren't being disqualified so will be facing China for the gold. Although now it's saying relegated. No idea what's going on and the BBC aren't doing a good job at finding out at the moment.

Looks like the women cyclists might have missed the window for passing. Some are saying we could be disqualified.

The judo final is next up at 4pm now. We're guaranteed at least a silver so after that it will be four medals in around one hour. Amazing stuff.

Yeah, it's getting a bit close in the shooting. Our lot have done well in the canoe too.

Did the French girl surrender? She got her in golden time (or whetver it's called) with an impressive move. Wilson is doing well here in the shooting too.

Ogogo has won his boxing match too, against the world champion. Our underdogs are really stepping up here.

Gemma Gibbons has just made it to the judo final. Unbelievable stuff and now she's guaranteed at least a silver.

Their times on the rowing have been a little off on the website but other than that the scheduling on there has been pretty good. They also do a feature each day on our medal prospects and what to look out for. Very good coverage both online and on TV from the BBC.
