I feel pissed off with life at the minute. I just want the world to burn around me
I think i need a break away from it all. Maybe book a last minute holiday and take myself away. Only problem is that I don't really want to be in my own company at the minute. Meeting a mate after work tomorrow for a chat, so that may help.
If you smoked and were a bit overweight, we could be friends

Shane long would be magnificent signing. Can't see it though
Do you think Hutton would look forward to training, if Shane was about.

I'd say it would be fairly cheap, if we're shopping in Iceland.
Not sure about that, my Mum has been and she only ever bought that Prawn ring thing that Peter Andre used to advertise.

If we do get Brady, Lansbury and recall Veretout will we not have an abondance of midfielders to choose from?

Never mind the Barnet's, this thread has reminded me of just how many shirts I still have.
Looking forward to the Saunders perm for another reminder and anybody from the 90/91 season, that first Umbro shirt.

Finished S.2 of "The Man In The High Castle"
Really good series with a great story and very little of no filler stories.
Also looks really great. (If you can get on board with the concept of course)
Have been recommended this on a binge watch session, seems that's Thursday and Friday sorted.

My mother in law who has been here since it seems ages, over 2 weeks for the Christmas period goes home on Thursday. I have had to watch more casualty and holby city in the last 2 weeks than I have in the preceding 15 years.

Ta. But still never heard of it. Sequence of what you do first in an equation, I guess. Do the (any) calcs within brackets, then any "to the power of" then any /, then X then + then -. edit - that's what you said. Reading not so good
And he still gets to design the latest supersonic aircraft . If I only I never listened in maths.

The trendy beard rules me out
Well surely anybody who likes gravy on their fish and chips would not have a beard like that, unless of course they had some bread to mop up the beard gravy later.

I know nothing about African football, but am still surprised to see Zimbabwe in the finals. And am I right that they have been expelled from qualifying for the next World Cup?

First time but mother in law here for Christmas, father in law went in January. Why does your wife change so much?
"slow down on the whiskey" yes dear.

Planet Earth 2, if that does not win NTA's, EMMY's, Oscars and the Nobel Prize then there is not a god.
Utterly spellbinding

Sunday Roasts? Yes or No, could not believe the queue at McDonalds today when I drove past and it was not all grandparents and grand kids.
Personally it is a yes from me.

Cheers Rodders, in terms of altering hours they are covered due to "compelling business reasons" but they seem to have also removed everything else without knowledge or actually informing.

Anybody here have any HR experience. Can an employer change the terms and benefits of your contract without your knowledge and without discussion? I.e. Lose death in service, health care, extra days holidays etc etc.
Things that piss you off that shouldn't

Had a works do in Salford Quays last night, at the Lowery Theatre they had an evening with Eric Cantona. All I heard when they were leaving was "Yes we have a friend in Jesus" and they did not know the proper words. Dirty Mancs
