I thought we performed very well today but Bristol took their chances and we didn't. We were all over them otherwise.
Be a shame if we changed her now, as she’s done a lot of good to get us where we are today.We did pretty much batter them today but some really sloppy moments cost us the win we deserved.

Like a lot of people at the start of January, I realised that I needed to lose a bit of weight, especially for our holiday at Easter. We bought some scales and I was 17.5 stone (I’m 6 ft 1), so could do with a bit coming off.
I’ve basically just cut out the worst crap and late night eating. No real intake of Chocolate, crisps and biscuits and no bowls of cereal after our evening meal. Also no eating after 6-7pm. No real exercise being done, but just some better eating choices really.
This morning I weighed myself and I’m 16.5 stone. I know it’s not much, but I’m chuffed to bits. Long way to go, but I just want to look and feel better as I’m 49 in a couple of weeks time and a change of the I don’t care attitude was needed.
