Going to see Eddie Izzard on the 18th at the NIA, can't wait! Going on the Dudley Castle ghost walk on the 21st with about 10mates. Meal and everything first. Should be a good laugh.

Reo-Coker looked a bit miffed coming off too. Played well again i thought, if anyone should have come off it should have been Sidwell. Anonymous most of the game i felt.

I really did think that Martin was going to change it to a 4-4-2 when Carew came on though. I was ready to hurl abuse at the screen.

Gutted obviously, but part of me is glad. Shorey played well, again. Bombing forward like a winger! Delph looked quality, and Young and Milner exceptional.

BUT, on 70minutes at 2-0 up, why didn't MON take off a striker and bring Reo-Coker on to add some more reinforcement in defence? It was obvious it was needed!!!!

I've been very impressed with Reo-Coker, doing what we need him to do. He works in this formation.

Davies and Cuellar are looking better, getting in front of everything. Better than they have been anyway, and a fantastic goal for Davies.

Shorey... he looks like he's havin a good game. He's bursting forward, getting tackles in. Not quality, but not looking like the Shorey from the Wigan game. Confidence based player?

Milner has had a good half. Young, not doing anything of note. Apart from the freekick he's been shite again. Gabby is doing well, getting about and making his presence known.

It's been a good, encouraging half.

That was the performance of a bottom 4 side if i'm honest.
