Hiya General K, I had a wake up call today. I went into Stirling expecting to be able to buy a new Nike Villa shirt in one of the shops, my thinking was that now we are part of the Nike family we would see our shirts became more widely available outside of england. Unfortunately this wasnt the case. In JJB sports and other sports shops in stirling, there were loads of shirts including man u, arsenal, chelsea, newcastle, liverpool but alas no villa. just shows miracles dont happen overnight how were the staffs recieved ?

Oh what a good idea this is !!! The yanks do this at all major venues and when the boat was at P'Can(florida) we went to sea world , and we couldnt believe the ovation they gave us when we were announced, brought a tear to my eye i tell ya !! Public support for the forces is an area where the US is streets ahead , so so happy to see the General and Randy start moving villa in the right direction. Thankyou

Just back from sea General K !! Long trip !! Been catching up with all the transfer news and results that ive missed over the last three months,, seems to me a few people are getting amnesia !! We are in a massively better place than we were not two years ago, and its down to Martin and Randy !! Brilliant !! Hope to get down for a game soon, looks like i'll be lucky to get a ticket with the av attendance going up !

General, Sir Im going to sea next week for 3 months , with next to no communication with the outside world for all that time , do you reckon we'll have a new signing in by the end of next week ? General K, Sir, I beamed with a very very big beamy smile when I read the news on season tickets that have a discount for the armed forces. Not only have you discounted a s/t but also a match ticket. I feel I had something to do with this and I cannot thank you enough for recognising our armed forces , I hope other clubs follow your prestigous lead. General K Might the pre season tour for next season include a little trip to cleveland ??

Watching the two guys who have taken over Liverpool just makes me realise how lucky we are to have a chairman who hasnt bought the club to get himself into the limelight or in front of cameras but to just enjoy football !!!!!!!

General K On Saturday me and my son got up at 6am had our breakfast and left the house at 7am for the long journey down to Villa Park. We arrived at the car park for 1.30 , had a bite to eat , wandered round the shop, and just enjoyed the sunshine. We also took the opportunity to take some nice pictures in the sun. Our seats in the upper trinity were perfect , we didnt have to queue for long to get drinks either. The last time we came down the upper trinity was half empty, this time it was full !! Cracking atmosphere , and there was singing up there as well !! We enjoyed the game tremendously, really happy to see some new faces, with my son being a closet celtic fan he was a little dissapointed not to see wee shaun but there will be other times. We left at full time and started the long trip up to scotland. We got home at eleven,,,,,, knackered !! 650 miles , almost 16 hours and a truckload of fuel and coffee !!!! General my point is this Sir,,, when I have made this horrible trip before , Ive always wondered why when I get home. This time I got home and I started making plans for my next visit !!!!!! Once again I salute you, and I thank Randy, and all at Villa Park for bringing happiness back to our team.

General K. Im travelling down from scotland for the west ham game. Im not looking forward to the nightmare of getting back on the m6 after the game, can take up to an hour to filter through. Could you look into the possibility of establishing a car park just for people who have to travel a long distance(800 mile round trip) to get home ? I know it might sound petty to some members but any help would be appreciated. The nightmare journey has put me off coming down in the past but making the journey easier would make coming down easier. Once again I salute you Sir.

He got 16 goals and 20+ assists last season. And it's all well and good saying "well, it was only in Scotland", but at half a million it's hardly a big risk Shaun Maloney and a host of other young celtic players were there when mon was there, if he thought that they had enough to survive down there you can guarantee he is in for them. Personally I think maloney is well worth 1m to add depth to the squad , he is a star up here but not the finished article required to set the prem alight. I think that after celtic have got in someone to replace maloney he will be a villa park.

General K, Can I be the first serviceman to thank you wholeheartedly for your input on the ticket discount for the armed forces. I hope this has a knock on effect for the whole of football ,, allowing our armed forces to enjoy our short time at home for less expense. I only found out this morning and it almost brought a tear to my eye to know that my club ,, my villa ,, are right at the front of fan relations and that the people at the top are actually listening to fans and putting requests into action. Its all over the papers up here that Barry Ferguson will be MON's first signing of the transfer window. Ive already voiced my concerns over this guy ,, but i suppose mon knows a lot more about footy than me

with curbs at west ham , nobody will be sold at all , he will have the same kind of effect as mon had with us. in 18 days time , i can see mon sat at a table surrounded by four top class players NONE of us predicted we would sign, totally a silly amount of money.
