1. Match Day Experience. This is something that Randy has been concerned about since taking over the Club. He would like Match Day to have "something for everyone." He would love for fans to arrive early, have a chance to enjoy Villa Park with friends and/or family...to have it "customer friendly". The Holte Hotel is a beginning....to have a place to come and get a pint...a place to enjoy the outside both as a parent and a fan. Children friendly areas are a must. Better, healthier and more accessable food. In the US, when folks come to a game, they spend time in and around the park...just having fun. We need to find a way to bring that attitude to Villa Park. It certainly makes getting in and out of the Park much easier.

I have just rang to renew mine and my brothers tickets, and did so with ease.

also I enquired about a ST for my son who is 4 and this was also no problem.

I just need to take his passport in tommorow and job done!

No forms or junk to fill in, just a 2 minute phone call!

Compare these players to the likes of Djemba-djemba and Peter whittingham and I'd say they're pretty decent signings..

agree MrSJ. I would be very distressed if we signed Gavesen. Imagine a midfield with Gravesen and Kewell in it. We would be pulled apart

You can get freeview boxes with hard drives for under a £100. Do exactly the same as a sky plus box apart from just with freeview channels. I know they have them in the Argos.

But no series link and no remote programming.

And no Sky One, SSN, and a whole host of other channels not offered by Virgin/Freeview.

Sky is 2nd none.

It maybe a little expensive, but IMO, it is far above Virgin/Freeview

General, please can you remind the stewards of the clubs policy on away 'fans' sitting in home areas.

I was surrounded by brummie Liverpool glory hunters on sunday, clapping and cheering, even singing at one point.

What did the stewards do? Not alot. In fact, nothing until we moaned about it. Thankfully we're a civilised bunch, elsewhere they may have had few problems.

I know if they're not wearing colours then it is hard to distinguish them, but when they're so open about it directly in front of stewards, then something should be done.

Its happening more and more now at games against the 'big'clubs and its starting to annoy a fair few season ticket holders.

Yes, to say no is a bit petty in my opinion, he has been witht he club for a long long time.
