The price increases have killed it for me the last two years. I had a membership and would do probably 10 home games throughout the season, price of the ticket is ridiculous really, before I've had a pie and a crap pint.

Gave up the membership and only go down if someone has a spare now. I'm sure there are a lot more like me who used to go regularly but can't really justify the cost any more

Yeah that’s fair enough mate and a perfectly good reason . I get the club needs to try and bridge some of the gap with the clubs above us but it’s been a big hike for fans. When you have a few empty seats like against Brentford though it does question the apparent 30k waiting list.

If Leeds get promoted I wouldn't be surprised to see them try and sign him.

Why? Their goal would be to stay up and I’m not sure that appeals to him . Better clubs would be interested in him not that we want to sell him .

Another free hit where we aren’t expected to get anything. But our record this season in London is pretty good. So let see what happens.

Don’t think we can afford a free hit . We must go there expecting to come away with something. I hope one day we get that winning mentality at the club .

Yep. Rows of seats around me in the Doug Ellis available yesterday but it's all lies. We got 30k waiting and can sell out 55k every week..

I noticed loads of empty seats in the Doug Ellis near to the holte end . My mate was in lower holte and said there was a few empty seats near him. Also noticed Trinity lower with a few noticeable empty seats . Strange really because we are doing really well and it was a 3 o’clock kick off against less expensive opposition.

Lile lost 1 home game this entire season, and that was in September, we really need to win at home. Hope we show up with right mentality

I agree but if not I wouldn’t write us off easily

  6. Yeah we don’t want any drums. Just flags, banners even balloons which I used to love seeing in the 90s. Hopefully it takes off. I think fan groups really need to push for crazy train to be stopped. Hi Ho Aston Villa is great , but leave it at that . Got no objection with the fireworks either . I was sat in K4 third row from the front yesterday and it was pretty good in terms of atmosphere . The Small Heath get battered chant seems to get most of the ground going I noticed yesterday.

  7. I thought the atmosphere was decent yesterday. Pre match it was loud but got drowned out by crazy train which has no relevance to the club . Don’t mind them keeping the fireworks and smoke but get rid of the music and let the fans do it.

  8. Very tough game this, but as the competition goes on you have to play better teams. We really could do with winning but even if it was a draw you’d still say we have a good chance of getting the result over there, but yes let’s hope we go over there with the advantage.

If he'd kept his head for literally a minute longer, then he wouldn't have faced a ban this season as today was last chance for totting up.

Got ya , I didn’t know that.  That is shit.

I know he's out of position but there's literally no excuse for not being 10 yards further up the pitch the majority of the game.

Luiz was either passing to or constantly looking to pass to a Ghost.

    Get up the ****ing pitch.

At one point I was screaming at him to run down the right where there was plenty of space when one of our players was looking for the run

  11. The booking was always going to happen within next few games. May as well get it out the way so he’s back with us for the final push in those 4 games we have him back for.

  12. I think he came on because he came on against West Ham and scored , and didn’t play too bad against city . Emery maybe thinking he could come on and have a bigger impact than Diaby who himself has been showing signs of a bit of form.

We have a squad wrecked with injuries/suspensions. When you're playing the number of games we've been playing this season it's literally impossible to simply put out your best team every game. You have to rotate.

Also, we didn't get beat today?

We rested players for today I assume? I know it’s tough going but I simply can’t have us resting players when we are sitting 4th going to city who are only a few points ahead(at the time) in 3rd . I’m not downplaying injuries etc but it was an hard pill to swallow for me. We rested Bailey and he was off the pace today. We’ll all have our opinions and either is right or wrong but we are all still behind the team and manager. I saw it today the fans were great, and the team got clapped off even though many of us were very disappointed.

  14. You don’t play weakened teams in the league when you're occupying 4th spot.  You concentrate on the game in front of you and you put a team out that you think gives you the best possible chance of points. We never did that against city and in a way sacrificed that game for today in which we get beat anyway. Not saying we would have got anything against city with those players rested but it’s not the point .

Really poor result. Told you we shouldn't have rested players for City game.

I didn’t see the logic in it either but oh well

disgraceful today letting that 2.0 second half lead slip to Brentford.

The only way I’ll be annoyed by last night is if we don’t turn up against Brentford.

We have to win that game now

We’ve put unnecessary pressure on us now. I can’t get my head around why we didn’t go full strength last night but in Emery we trust.
