I’d fancy us to get a draw at home to Liverpool.
-
Worse day for spurs than it is us . Their GD taking a hammering .
-
Spurs getting run ragged . Our GD is + 20 theirs is +11 but could be less by end of this game .
-
Anyone want cheering up put Liverpool spurs on. Liverpool are running riot spurs looked shot. 2.0 is flattering spurs here. Could be 4/5 this could.
-
Spurs lucky they ain’t 3/4 down already

Don’t see another point for us, so just need Liverpool and Man City to beat Spurs. I worry if they draw one of them, Sheff Utd will gift them the goal difference to finish above us.
Not lost 3 on the bounce all season . Only lost two on the bounce once in the league.

Give the team a break man . Been up there basically all season and we are tired and riddled with injuries . A lot of OTT reactions here. It’s the toughest league in the world where the margins are very fine. We’ve always bounced back and we will pick up points from either Liverpool or palace maybe both. If Liverpool beat spurs just forget about the result today. The chances of spurs claiming 4th are very slim. If they get beat today and we were to lose our final two games I still think spurs wouldn’t get 4th .

Some of the comments on here are a joke

Spurs can’t rely on goal difference either as it looks like we’ll gain that too

A point today would have been a good result . Shame doesn’t look like we are going to get it. Hope spurs lose and we are not better or worse off. Probably better off as spurs are running out of games .

Olympiacos are awful.
How we conceded 4 at home is beyond me
Not as awful as some of the other teams we have played and struggled against in this competition. They beat a decent team in the last round in Fenerbache, so they were going to be no pushovers.

There’s a big difference between arsenal fans and Olympiakos fans but if we can go to Arsenal and win well we can go over there and give it a go can’t we?
-
Not out of it yet . We are good enough to turn it around but it will be very hard . Chelsea winning is a big help .

Current cow bird flu outbreak. Should we be scaremongering ourselves or not?

Let’s get behind him . No doubt he’ll make some dodgy decisions tomorrow but he’ll also pull off some good saves. Let’s hope he’s not needed too much . Just don’t expect him to play it out from the back with the confidence Emi has.

What a player he was. Combine the best of Digne and Moreno, and you might have half a Charlie Aitken on a bad day.
Fixed for you Mike

Newcastles stadium location means they don't have the same transport issues we currently face being so central. Toon fans also are diehard and I didn’t see them having to close a tier off when they hit relegated like we did.
We will get there with a new north stand just not in the anticipated timescale of some. Once we've increase the spend per seat, get the upgraded infrastructure in place in terms of fan transportation and open the warehouse and Holte Hotel as fan zones then I’ve no doubt they’ll look at expansion again. I hope they revisit and adapt the design but larger and redesign the exterior to be less bland.
They are a very good set of fans but it’s a one club city with very few teams around them. Also when they first got relegated out of the premier league a few years back they had regular crowds of less than 40k in a 52k ground. They were giving away 10k free tickets not so long ago to try and fill the ground in the prem . Demand up there for a good team does out do us though but we are apples and oranges in terms of the type of areas we are situated in. We leak more fans to other clubs because there more teams around us and the ethnic make up is far different to Newcastle which also adds to it.

It’s got potential to be used as something

They’ll soon have a local derby with Solihull Moors.

A mistake fans made before the game was having it in their head that Chelsea is a shit team.
No they aren't. If they were they'd be fighting relegation. They are a point off an european spot.
There are aspects of their game that are really, really strong and I knew that before the game.
When I look at Chelsea nd what they're doing it's far, far more sustainable than let's say Man Utd.
It was never going to be a given. I said before the game a point wouldn’t be the end of the world but it’s the 2.0 lead we let slip that’s rattled me.
-
Olsen made a great save after the mix up but he makes me very nervous. Too many mistakes and doesn’t command his area well but pulls off some great saves when he plays. He wasn’t the reason we threw away a 2 goal lead but I was never confident with him in goal.

They moved the ball far quicker 2nd half and we looked tired. Yes it’s annoying we didn’t see it out but we never really had any control in the game. Gutting but could prove to be a very good point.
Strange team Chelsea . Shit and decent at the same time. We’ve put the pressure on spurs now so let’s see
-
If we can get 4 points from next 3 I think that will be enough. Might not even need that if spurs wobble the next 3 games .

Pissed off we again throw away a 2 goal lead at home against teams we should be finishing off. Lucky in the end but hope these dropped points don’t come back to hurt us. Gave them too much of the ball although we were comfortable with that first half. Second half we were terrible. Angry at the moment but if you would have asked me if I’d take 7 points from Arsenal away and Bournemouth Chelsea I’d have taken it . Pressure on spurs now .

Unbelievable over reactions. All doom and gloom for some reason .
