We got through and took the biggest of scalps doing it. Hopefully we can go on and have a good run in the competition. NZogbia just seems to be getting worse for me.

It's certainly true his form has dipped badly for a while now, but I wouldn't cast him aside as a flop just yet. Lets not forget he had the second highest assist count last season, so he was only the second least worst last season in that respect.

A lost cause? Why? I agree about Carrithers and Johnson being brought more into the fold this season in some respect.

He's been below par, but with Ireland not exactly on fire there is a glimmer of opportunity there for him to get into the 11.

I do the same ride every other day at the moment, trying to get as many miles in as I can before the winter arrives. It's 20 miles with a 350m ascent. I do it in around 2 hours.
