Definitely the second half of the Newcastle match. Its been like watching a different team since then

the extra 9 minutes will add to their fatigue levels as well as the 3 games they have coming up 

looked abit dodgy today and seems to make strange decisions at times which on other occasions will cost us.

Baker has had a few bad ones himself, only seem to get half the stick though.

clark has more experience than baker. this is bakers first year getting a decent run and he has definitely improved.

chelsea play us the week before the uefa cup final so heres hoping they beat basle and have their eyes on that final when they play us.

clark has shown no progression if anything hes gone backwards. his distrbution is terrible. 9 times out of 10 the ball ends up back with the other team. baker looks like he can make it but for me clark doesnt.

we actually had a very good chance just before they scored the 2nd goal but your right we should of tried to sit back and defend all night

Lambert must be dumb as shit to think we have a team that can go to Old Trafford and go toe-to-toe with them. Every side but 2 or 3 in the league goes there with an extra man in the middle of midfield. Saying I wanted to defend all night is bollocks, a front 3 of Gabby, Weimann and Benteke will create chances against any side, we would still have seven other outfield players who can concentrate on keeping it tight in midfield and at the back.

fair enough. I agree that an extra body in midfield would of helped especially instead of insomnia. if we didnt concede so early then we could of maybe got the lead and hit them on the counter which imo was our best chance of getting something tonight. the early goal killed our gameplan

what?  he played ok. should of scored and in general held the ball up well and played decent enough passes to keep our attacks alive.

gabby should of been takin off in the 2nd half, he looked bolloxed and his touch was awful

who said anything about a conspiracy?   the goals were offside.  the worst thing thats happened to this sport is to leave decisions that involve inches in the hands of humans.  if hawk eye was on the job then we wouldnt of conceded any of them goals.

But suggesting that the linesman is a united fan  is unfair in my view, it's a difficult job that can at times become pretty much impossible.

Oh wind your neck in. Someone clearings in the woods the ball 40 yards up the pitch and you think someone is able to to spot where 2 different players and the ball are to the nearest inch. Not a chance in hell.
