I'm very optimistic.

I think it will still be a re-building season, we'll have to have patience, especially with a new defensive line but we're hopefully going to play better football, be more entertaining and over the coming seasons enjoy a degree of success.

Maybe, with injuries and lack of cover etc, do we need to now bring in not one but two strikers?

The only problem I have with all the speculation around bringing in Fletcher is the price.

We could bring in two very good attackers for the same price.

It seems to be he's going to cost 12m (A million for every goal he scored last season) With Sunderland favourite to sign him.

Dunne staying for one more year, to give advice to the young defenders as he does have a vast well of knowledge from experience being a Premiership CB.

I don't think Ireland will go, he's linking well with El Ahmadi when they're on the pitch together and playing well with or without Karim. He seems to have a solid place in the team.

I think I'd go with having Clark on the bench, ready to come on, he's the versatile one.

He's more proactive than N'Zogbia which is why things are paying off for him.
