I'm SO confused! 

Gardner needs to go out on loan again and get lots of game time. For me he didn't influence the game enough against Chesterfield.

He was far from great, but by no means was he 'very poor'. Maybe a loan to a championship side would test him? Or do people think he should be on the bench at the moment?

Not sure how he can be slagged off really. The whole team didn't play well in general. The only two positives for me were Nzogbia looking sharp for a period of time and Jack as well. They were the only 2 players on the pitch that put a proper shift in. 

We need to sort out his contract as a matter of priority! I'd honestly be devastated if we lost him. 

Looked rusty and off the pace, but should be okay in the long run. 

8m is shit. 

Made 4 or 5 saves tonight that kept us in the game, but a pretty bad honker for their 3rd!

Yea if he had to go, i'd rather he went to a bigger club than Southampton

If he won't take 60k a week, then i'd be disappointed and say "off you go then" 

I agree, if its only Southampton that are in for him.  Why would he want to uproot here? With a team he knows, a team he's used to. To go to another team that is probably going to have a bunch of new players that don't know anyone?

Saints are sort of doing something similar to what we did a few years back, however on a much larger scale. We sold all our best players (admittedly most of them wanted to go) and look where we are now.

I really do fear for them - depending on how they spend there money. I think it would most certainly be a sideways move for Vlaar if he chose them. If he did choose them, i say we milk them for the 80m profit they've received so far from their sales. 

20m for Ron should do fine Southampton, fork up bitches. 

Came up when it mattered! You have to think where we'd have been without some of his goals last season. Even if there were only a few. 

Looking forward to his return for sure. Love the passion!

Pressures on tomorrow. With Stoke beating Arsenal - it pushes us further down the table..

If this is true i really do fear for our survival. Once the morale goes between the players its pretty much all over.
