  1. Sounds like from what the General said that Houllier had another heart attack, if it was "similar to what he had at Liverpool". If so he should definately be off for the sake of his health and we should now be looking for a replacement (NOT Gary McAllister).

    Moyes please!

He didn't have a heart attack at Liverpool.

  2. Err more...

1_This database isn’t storing GPS data. It’s just making a rough location fix based on nearby cell towers. The database can’t reveal where you were…only that you were in a certain vicinity. Sometimes it’s miles and miles off. This implies that the logfile’s purpose is to track the performance of the phone and the network, and not the movements of the user.

2_A third party couldn’t get access to this file without physical access to your computer or your iPhone. Not unless you’ve jailbroken your iPhone and didn’t bother resetting its remote-access password…or there’s an unpatched exploit that would give Random Person On The Internet root access to your phone.

3_It’s pretty much a non-issue if you’ve clicked the “Encrypt iPhone Backup” option in iTunes. Even with physical access to your desktop, a no-goodnik wouldn’t be able to access the logfile.

    :?

  3. bbc"]iPhone tracks users' movements

Apple iPhones and 3G iPads are secretly recording and storing details of all their owners' movements, researchers claim.

Location data is kept in a hidden, unencrypted file according to security experts Alasdair Allan and Pete Warden.

With the right software, it can be used to map exactly where a person has been.

Apple has yet to comment on the revelation, however there is no suggestion that it has been uploading or using the information.

Note to all those having an affair - ditch your iphone.

    1. Apple is not collecting this data.

    2. This hidden file is neither new nor secret.

    3. This “discovery” was published months ago.

    Apparently...

  4. Why is it a perfect example, that doesn't really make much sense to me.

Its not a remake, it has a similar story.

Is every film set in space a perfect remake of 2001?

Let Me In is a remake, blatantly and openly.

Benjamin Button is a lot of things but unoriginal is a bit of an odd statement imo.

  5. There was an article in The Times at the start of the season talking about just how much football Torres had played for what is a relatively young age, I've no chance of finding the article now sadly but it was an interesting read. At the time it was illustrating how at that time Torres had played quite a lot more football than Drogba who is 5 or 6 years older than he is.

The article was clearly suggesting that Torres might be burnt or burning out which sounds daft at his age but then when you think about it both Owen and Fowler were past their best by his age now due to injuries and being over played. Its ironic that all three played for Liverpool and in all 3 cases Liverpool depended upon them far too heavily and rushed them back from injuries time and time again in a way that the likes of Utd wouldn't have done.

Everyone said Torres was out of form because he had a sulk on at Liverpool but since moving to Chelsea he hasn't looked any better, in fact he has looked worse.

I agree with those who say a summer off and a good pre-season will help him no end but there is a distinct possibility that at a relatively young age Torres has already passed his best.

    I, i remember that.

Something like he had played the same amount of games when he was 24/25 than Drogba had at the age of 31?

Must not be fit, its painful to watch him running through clue each time he sets off to sprint.

If he is not careful he'll be as quick as Gareth Barry soon.

  6. Saw Just go with it.. was a good movie.

    *shakes head sadly*

Recipe for an Adam Sandler movie

    1/2 cup of shit acting

    2lbs forced laughs

    2 Tbs of humiliation

    1 tsp of toilet humour

A liberal sprinkling of unmeditated violence, if kicks in the balls are in season use freely

Apart from Punch Drunk Love, which is a fine fine film.
