I know xG isn't everything but Madrid have scored three from 0.81. Have to back City to win this over the two legs.
A city side without De Bruyne, Ederson or Walker.

City actually looks quite impressive. Fancy them to go through regardless of end outcome tonight.
-
Arsenal have been shocking. Really really bad. They're playing like we have a few times Vs low blocks.
-
So poor from Arsenal. Should have been 2-0 beforehand as well.

Great news for Man Utd

I want Arsenal to win but Saka again pulling theatrics to get a yellow card for a nothing foul.
Cracking player though and a great goal.

Someone like Tosin is on a free from Fulham I think this season. Spurs been linked with him in the past.
Lloyd Kelly from Bournemouth also on free transfer but given Howe signed him and Newcastle have lost two CBs to ACLS within a week of each other then I can only see him ending up there.
I've always rated Tapsoba at Bayer Leverkusen but I think with their success this season we wouldn't have any chance and doubt he'd leave anyway with Xabi Alonso remaining for another year.
Tosin would be the smartest move we can make. Think he'd really suit our defence.

Nunez isn't crap. Inconsistent but far from crap. He could quite easily flip the switch and become a 20 goal a season striker imo.

Safe to say Sinisalo has had the best loan? Lads smashing it there. Wonder what we will do with him next season loan wise.

Referee looked straight at that Porro foul and determined it wasn't a yellow. Jesus Christ.

Half awaiting someone to claim they'll catch the goal difference.

Looks very good but needs to improve his fitness. Faded before he was taken off. A young lad like that should be able for 90 mins.
Conditioning yourself for premier league football is nothing to do with age. In fact most young players struggle. He'll get there.

I had us winning this and drawing with Brighton. Guess we will have to beat Brighton
Brentford are out bogey team, we are Brightons. Could easily happen for sure.

Results like this can happen as well, they happen to the best sides. Our form isn't great but can be a consequence of our over performance till now. To be 4th at this stage with the amount of games we've played is something to be proud of. The wheels could be falling off due to fatigue etc but I still believe we have one last push in us. To be honest I'm more worried about our European ties which will be really tough games.

There's nothing stopping us going to Arsenal and getting 3 points and suddenly 4 points in 2 games is a good outcome.
It's not beyond the realms of possibility no matter how good they are.

Not great but we were never going to win all our home games. We just need to get a win we didn't expect elsewhere. I still think 70/71 is the target.

Maybe it will work out for the better. He's been poor, he can play 100% in Lille ties now and maybe he will recover his form.

Referee is dreadful for both teams.
Really liking Rogers today again, really positive going forward, tracking back well.
Tielemans is also so important Vs low blocks.
Carlos has had some good defensive moments but he does scare me.

Struggling work out who is better value for money Cucurella or Caicedo.

That's what 100m gets you these days.

Just awaiting the FA to force their opposition in the last eight games to wear Villa kits to help them over the line.

No one else was looking at him once he moved to Boro. It seems only Boro were serious about buying him last summer as well. But Unai and Monchi saw something and pressed the button 5 months into his Boro contract. I think i saw something about him having a stat that showed he has huge effect on chances created when on the pitch. A bit like Jack in that he might well assist the assist or cause chaos for the opposition. Anyway, early doors still but it seems an incredible piece of business. Especially as it seems he will be able to play as a striker, number 10 and maybe as an 8 . He will also be a huge asset defending corners once he gets more defensive nous. Very smart business
I think Unai said his skillset really caught his eye when analysing Boro for the FA Cup game.

They'll still win their last 8 games... It's the great Manchester United

Saka is pathetic. Another dive.
