Haha near had you though didn't I? It's that easy to get everyone wobbling it's untrue.
Still not done perhaps I wasn't lying.?
Interesting to see people talking about when he'll play as though it's a done deal
That's some U-Turn.

I'd put him in the reserves. Not even on the bench. According to the press, he's been on a plane for 37 hours Today, and is a 'template'. Whatever it means, it's enough for me to know that he's not good enough for us. Move on.
37 hours?? Things must be bad if we're paying for the cheapest flights that connect everywhere between here and Spain.

I genuinely believe that the signing of Sanchez and Cissokho, despite not being household names as such, may make somebody like Vlaar who seems reasonably settled and respected here want to stay for another year and see how things roll. That is to say, I doubt he'd swap VP for St Mary's in a flash as alluded by some.
Of course if a united come knocking forget it. But that goes for every player we have.
Agreed, I think he'd be off his head to move to somewhere other than a top 4-6 team regardless of wage increases. I certainly wouldn't entertain the idea of the Saints at this point in time if I were him.

Top 4, FA Cup and League Cup
In other words, he's lost me forever. Still hoping someone buys us and replaces him before Christmas
Hard to think of a Villa manager i've disliked more (as a manager, not as a person)
Not even McLeish with his post match "That's not a McLeish team" and his (TBH consistent) blaming of the team when it goes wrong and showing himself in glory when it goes well?
-
Well he's not going to get fired, maybe at Christmas if it has all gone south. In terms of sacking or him walking I think Lambert walking is miles more likely. Plenty of managers leave, Mark Robins just quit Huddersfield.

I'm behind him right now, no seriously I'm looking at the back of his head (insert Mick McCarthy gif).
Seriously though, I've never not supported Lambert. He has one hell of a job here and I admire the fact that he didn't jump ship where many others probably would have. It'd be good to see him have a decent season, it'd be good for all involved.

Jack scored 8 in 12 games and stopped us from going down? I must have completely blanked that form my memory.

Seems legit.

I was having very poor day at work last Friday. Not being as productive worker as I should be.
But after a bad week I had a laugh and a beer with some friends at the night. Even posted a picture of me drinking a beer on Facebook.
I see now that I am a word removed and a clearing in the woods for disrespecting the company I work in and my boss and the owners. I regret that I took a beer after a bad day at work. I should have gone home and psyched myself up so I can deliver better shareholder value next week.
What?

Why would a multi millionaire get the tube?

He's in Brum.. checked into Malmaison. i will try and get a sneaky shot of him.
You'll have to to convince us pessimists. How do you know though out of interest?
My mate works at Malmaison so i have asked him and says no one from Villa has checked in.. So you're wrong there fella
Your mate is probably bound by a confidentiality clause or NDA of some sort, especially if that hotel has high profile guests staying at it often.
Just sayin'

Eh?

He could turn out to be the next Paddy McCourt for Celtic.
-
I'd love for him to sign for around 2.5 million then turn out to be pretty good, even just to sicken Liverpool fans.
I can't see them caring.
They might if their LB options go tits up, they shipped tonnes of goals last year and are now minus Suarez.

QPR are in for every-****-body.
It's pretty much Harrys tactic
SSN "I hear you're interested in signing wee Jimmy from down then road"
Harry "Yeah, he's got great potential I'll have to chat to the chairman and see what happens"
Next day;
SSN "I hear you're interested in signing wee Jack from down then road"
Harry "Yeah, he's a great lad, I'll have to chat to the chairman and see what happens"
Harry is always in for everyone, always.
