I think anyone thinking Small Heath are going to fulfill their dreams of surpassing Villa, just need to compare the past three years hedge fund portfolio results of both companies.
Atarios have grown by 48% whilst Knighthead has fallen by 60% !! Don’t suppose them results will register with the knuckle draggers who have fallen for a flash of nickers.
You only have to watch the way Wagner conducts himself, with his fist pumping comical presentation of their Sports Quarter.Followed by his cringeworthy lap of honour before their last game. All smacks of that clown who was buying Utd years ago dribbling the ball up to the Stretford End.
It’s going to end in tears again.- 1

Well having checked out the new Olympic stadium in Egypt built by our owners company we certainly have the expertise to build a mega stadium.
Add to that the expertise on rail and mono rail we have just employed something is clearly in the pipeline.
-
We paid £7.5m up front with the rest in add on’s which if we have to pay will mean he has more than surpassed our expectations.
Brilliant bit of business by Monchi and Emery.- 1

Don’t buy into that Small Heath bullshit . Birmingham city centre is already full of empty retail and office blocks.
Why would athletics go there instead of the Alexander stadium? It’s the home of British athletics. NFL don’t think so, maybe the odd game. There won’t be any World Cup or Euro’s in England for the next 25 years at least.
If it smells like bullshit it usually is bullshit. Look how much debt Spurs and Everton have taken on for their new stadiums.
Gullible and deluded fanbase being sold a dream usually end in tears. Tears of laughter in our case. -
Best I heard yet from a six toed sister fiddler. Heck and NSWE got wind of Small Heath’s mega stadium and regeneration, realising they’d been beaten to the punch so cancelled our expansion!
They reckon Atarios are pulling out of buying into us because of it and want into Small Heath instead. What do you reckon?
Not convinced myself as he also says he has it on good knowledge from a family member of Bellingham that he will be back at Blues in four years!!!!!!

Awful today, he was a big reason we didn’t win. I’m a massive fan but he’s not a right back.
Has absolutely no attacking quality at all. It slows down our attack as he just holds the ball and passes back or inside. Not helped defensively by Bailey today who seemed very quiet.

I don't think he's in a position to really comment, as soon as a bit (not a lot) of competition in the form of Ings came in he went to shit and lost all his confidence and basically said he can't have a competition and needs smoke blown up his arse constantly to be confident and perform.
Wtf have you been smoking?

Sorry, whilst I understand the rationale, I will NEVER accept giving up before a ball is kicked. Emery's lineup may have been impacted by injuries and suspensions but it doesn't explain all the decisions on TOP of that.
No Pau, Bailey, Tielemans when available. Bringing on Chambers and kids to replace seniors players. We may as well have just played all the kids such was the approach and set up to that game.
I'm genuinely fuming that we are all so ready to accept this approach. Not taking risks with likes of Watkins and Ramsey might be fine, but to simply rest players in the Premier League (unless against WORSE) opposition is, frankly, pathetic.
I get it, I really do. But I do not like it and will never like it. They rested players against us to some degree because they have bigger games coming up and put out a team they still (correctly!) thought could win. We simply gave up. Based on how that went, a draw wouldn't have been out the realms of possibility if we'd approached it with integrity.
I imagine Martinez's illness got a lot worse when he saw the team sheet.
The team did well enough in the main, but they could play that match 100 times and never get a point such was the difference in quality. We were set up to fail and obviously lost.
I never want to see a Villa side throw a game and that's what thar effectively was. You rest players against worst teams and perhaps mess it up, but you don't surrender like that.
So for all the good he has done, that has to be a VERY POOR for Emery and I never want to see that approach again.
Just look at the bigger picture. Brentford and Lille far more important games than going full pelt against these cheat’s

We really are clinging onto this season. All the xG stats from recent games since Forest has us behind opponents. Even Luton
We'll get found out soon enough unless we improve our performances
You’ve already been found out a long time ago ! Know what I mean?

Get Luiz off now . Booked, cost us the second goal and just casually walking around. Disgraceful performance by him. If he gets booked Saturday that’s two games out .

Really? No McGinn, Kamara, Watkins, Bailey or Torres away to the treble winners?
I don't think it's even possible to overstate the changes tbh.
Can’t play suspended or injured players. I’m sure you’re aware of this? Brentford and Lille are the bigger picture here.

Errr no. That’s why it’s an incredibly sub optimal stadium in the modern age. I guess some may see beauty in what is basically an architectural mess but I’d suggest that they’re probably at least partially blinded by claret and blue tinted glasses.
Strange that as it is nearly always at the top of people’s lists of favourite away day grounds. It’s not soulless like most new grounds.

Strange there’s no comments from the usual suspects about our CL chances now the superior Tinytotts have caved in.
I thought we were told they were flying and we had to settle for fifth at best?
Or maybe they just beat a tired ten man team like they destroyed nine man Liverpool in the last minute.Internet must be playing up In Leeds and Dakota!
Keep the faith, we’ve got injured players to come back.

It's been that unravelling slowly but surely that's just unbearable. It's just an inevitable event we have to live through. Slow painful death basically
I used to be very positive. But sometimes you just know what's going to happen and when it eventually comes to pass.
Being mid table all season is beyond better than being a win away from top of League at Christmas and then collapsing to 6th.
Did you ever meet a bloke called David O’Leary a few years back ? Just wondering.

That's a bad bad goal for the extra CL spot. Leverkusen have saved Germanys chances and given them a 50:50 shot now with England.
Eternally negative. You must be the life and soul of parties. If you’re ever invited

It's very simple. We don't deserve to qualify for the Champions League. When it has come to the crunch home games this year we've failed. Not even managed to get draws and Sunday was the biggest most damaging failure of the lot.
Funny that, last time I looked we’d beaten three of the top four. However some people only want to be negative.
My God some people need to give their heads a wobble. So boring- 1

Slightly concerned that the PL have appointed a Man Utd from Manchester to officiate a game between their two rivals for CL
Expect Utd to get their desired result. I seriously believe we will see some strange decisions during the remainder of the season to assist Utd in CL qualification.

Our last three victories against these, we constantly caught them offside, Son especially.
I know it’s heart in mouth stuff but it works. At Spurs this season I counted four times where they were offside in the build up but linesman never flagged allowing them to build up pressure. This is the problem away from home as the crowd get behind them thinking they’re breaking through easily. It should be pulled back by VAR if they score but allow’s teams to win corners and free kicks unfairly as happened at Spurs.
Hopefully Ramsey is fit for Sunday as Porto and Udogie leave acres of space in behind. -

Hahaha my God, they seriously overrate their players don’t they? If Torres played for them he’d be the greatest defender of all time.
Be great to beat them in their cup final on Sunday.

I'll be fuming if we have to sell any key players this summer, particularly if we don't replace them. If we make Champions League we need a stronger squad not a weaker one.
You do realise we’ve gone from mid table Championship to possibly CL team in four years? The value of the club has increased from £75m to +£500m even without CL football.
We’re about to announce a mega deal with Adidas along with a lucrative new shirt sponsorship.
Atarios/ Comcast coming on board will also make us a major player.I’d say the strides our owners have made has been astonishing and they are finding ways to compete with the big 6 who have operated a cartel for years

He’s decent but not for the wages. I’d be looking at some of the better players for lower clubs in the PL tbh. Brainthwaite for example looks top class
Braithwaite would cost £50m plus.

Sky spend all of one minute talking about Villa after rattling on for ages about Utd.
Refs and VAR are working overtime to find ways to get Utd into the CL places but I just don’t think they’re good enough.

You only need to see the crowd at Spurs and the number of Korean tourists. They would spend a fortune.
Would be interesting to know how many season tickets are owned by Korean agents- 3

Check out the comparison on hedge fund tracker to see the merits of Atarios v Knighthead over the last three years.
Atarios has grown by 48% whereas Knighthead’s has slumped by 60%!
I know which company I’d trust my funds to be managed by.
Is all they’ve done is buy some land off a bankrupt council. No plan’s or planning and no investment promised. It’s easy to talk big let’s see them walk the walk.
