I have a younger brother who since he was a little kid has shown a very deep sense of compassion for those in the most precarious situations, especially the elderly. He has a foundation called San José here in Medellín, Colombia. Right now he's running this place and it's in a very difficult financial situation, having trouble taking care of its 35 residents. I know most of you don't know me, which makes it harder for me to come into the forum and ask for your help but if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them on a DM.
