I think the board has basically spelled it out to the American that radical changes have to be implemented immediately, beginning with the sale of the club and the ******* has dug his heels in.
God help this coward if he shows his face at VP again.

I'd follow God to the end of the bar, so if he wants to call the idiot a scumbag its fine by me. Nothing like the truth.
-
Whoever it is will have a tough job on their hands anyway. I really thought this was our chance to snag Moyes, but on reflection he could'nt do much with this bunch of wasters, when he had players the quality of manures and failed.

Go and hide from the world at Big Johns, Flabby........if theres any sense left at the club your times well and truly up.

I truly dislike Pearson too, but if it worked I'm sure I could live with it.
Bit like the wife really!

Personally, I like McCarthy. Old school, no shit taking kind of manager and 'that' gif will run forever. But long term? Unless there are plans to employ someone simply to get us back up then upgrade?
And I do fear Grayson might go the same way as Lambert, which does'nt give us much leeway really. Moyes won't want to know and the rest are hardly worth mentioning, especially the likes of Bruce.
Hughton is pretty likeable, but when they start talking cack about eejits like Yorke, then it all becomes a lottery.
-
Ooh decisions decisions.......erm.
-
I swear, if I see ********Holloway walk into that press conference I'm going straight off the local bridge!
Would'nt be too upset if it was Hughton though.
-
I originally wanted Moyes, but I get the feeling he has a few misgivings as to his own self-importance. Villa might not fit his 'illustrious' cv.
Hughton, though, would possibly jump at the chance and he seems to be one of the more realistic suggestions that are being bandied around.

I'm almost bothered.
Almost...

On white with brown sauce......nice.

He's a pundit, we're hot news and I think its a simple case of hammer, nail and head.

Who is going to be stupid enough to buy any of these clueless idiots? This is just so embarrasing.

End of days.

Still only 1-0? What on earth are Chelsea playing at?

Normal service resumed then.

TBF he'll probably get trampled in the rush!

aye, I'd give Neville a chance here as well. Don't think it's likely, but I think he has a decent manager in him
His appointment at Valencia was always the wrong move for him, in every way. I certainly think he would be interested in the Villa job though.
Another risk, though?

Suspect its down to a straight choice of either Moyes or Pearson though. Who would be the more up for the challenge? Hate to say it, but probably Pearson fits that particular bill.
-
Not bothered anymore they can **** off and do whatever they want. Expecting these bunch of losers to at least recover some semblance of pride is a waste of time.

I see Moyes as being a 'risk free' option for us.....or maybe 'safe' is a better word. Someone with big nads like Fat Sam would have been ideal when there was a slim chanceof survival, but as relegation is pretty much a done deal, I think Moyes would stabilise things.
Bernstein/King resign?

What next? Thats my concern. I keep thinking it can't get much worse, but I suppose it can.
