The stand your seeing collapsed yesterday leaving one benfica supporter seriously injured and several others mildly wounded. They closed the stand for the remainder of the tourney.

Wijnaldum wasn't involved in the U19's this season but Martins Indi, Cabral, Castaignos and Van Haaren all played. I'm really hoping Carew is not playing tonight. Kelvin Leerdam has the physical attributes of a anorexic midget and will be absolutely bullied by him if he plays.

I just heard that a stand has collapsed yesterday after the game. 1 Benfica fan has been seriously injured and been transported by helicopter and several others have been injured. 1 very young child has been very fortunate falling a long way but being perfectly ok. This is very sad news

I hope Villa will play their youngsters. We only have young players. We have 8 teenagers, 9 players aged 20-23 and a couple of 32+ oldtimers. Benfica had 20 top players today on the pitch and deserved the win. We just couldn't make any subs because we have to play tomorrow as well and it cost us. Add to that that Benfica scored at least 1 offisde goal. I'm not sure about the first goal. The assistant ref was a joke...7 offsides for us and 0 for Benfica :evil:

Dickson Etuhu is a shocking footballer. I wouldn't even call him a footballer. Every pass is going backwards/sideways/to the opposition. 90% of the time he is busy recovering his own mistakes. Villa should sign Gustavo Colman for central midfield. Plays for Trabzonspor in Turkey and should only cost 6/7 million. This guy has got incredible range of passing and glorious style.
