  1. Petrov who plays sideways or backwards - also known as keeping posession. As opposed to Delph who never passes a ball because he can't even control it, followed by a reckless tackle and a yellow card. Petrov, Herd, Jenas and Bannan should all be starting in front of Delph. They offer something, I honestly don't see anything that Delph has in his game.

Keeping posession? He lays it back to the defence to hoof forward? Thats not keeping posession, its called passing the buck.

Take the blinkers off and see where Delph looks as soon as he has the ball, then look where Petrov looks. Its really not difficult to see.

I am not going to say Delph doesnt need work, but give me him over Petrov, Bannen, Herd everyday of the week as there is something to work with there from a coaching perspective.

Petrov also takes twice as long to do things that Delph does, it's not surprising Delph misplaces more passes. At least when Delph does misplace a pass he can get back in position instead of lumbering back.

  2. Am I the only one that thinks he had a good game last week.

I amazed you think he had a good game, he was terrible. His passing was wayward to put it politely. He offeres nothing at all to the team

His passing was poor at times, but he played the position well. He was pretty good positionally and had plenty of energy, I'd take that performance over ANY of Petrovs performances. He gelled well with Herd, which is very important...there's no point having players playing together if they don't compliment each other. I was surprised to see how they played well as a pair, they seemed to be on each others wavelength.

Before I get 'Swansea are shit, anyone could look good against them', can i say Swansea are a good team at home and our CM hardly gave them anything defensively.

  3. Am I the only one that thinks he had a good game last week? I thought him and Herd worked well together. He is a bit sloppy at times and looks naive, but it's been difficult for him since his injury. He had the bad injury, then he found himself in a struggling side with injuries all over the place and under severe pressure. This season has been the only run of games he's had since he came here and while I've never seen why a lot of people rated him so highly since the start, I think he could be a good PL player.

I'd like to see him, Herd and Jenas in the side today.

  5. Redskins are coming up on the rails boys!!!

    ;)

If we can beat Dallas in two weeks time then you boys will be on the end of one hell of a pounding for sure.

Probably :) although Santana Moss is back and the OL is stronger after injuries. Helu is looking the part in backfield too. The defence is keeping us in games too, just hope the offense carries on improving.

  6. its after watching us play the easiest teams in the league and seen us win 3 times.

Swansea are not an easy team ask Liverpool or United and teams we didnt beat are high flying Newcastle, City, Spurs. QPR were City struggled 2 weeks ago, Fulham who were a lot fitter as season started earlier and WBA when we were 1-0 up with 10 men

with all due respect i think you know that makes no difference whatsoever...

its a results business and you look at the fixtures to see where your gonna pick up points...our best chances have passed us by

    IMO of course

Did you think that was a poor result today?

  8. No (but LOL)

It was some diced turkey fried off with onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and a chilli in a tomato and thyme sauce served with pasta. Was lush.

    and No (but also LOL)

Looks like alphabetti spaghetti to me

    ;)

  9. Ive only been headbutted once and it was outside a club in Canterbury, I just automatically responded by grabbing his head and biting his nose. Worked a treat not only was it painful he actually thought I was mental. I never thought I had anything like that in me but only being 5ft9 and slim build its a real asset to have.

Talking about biting, my brother got in a fight with some ex army nutter who used to be a mate of a mate of his. This bloke ripped my brothers shirt open and bit his nipple and pulled. I swear his nip stretched about 6 inches away from his chest and half came off, which is nice :)

  10. I've headbutted a fair few people, if someone comes up to ya looking for trouble and you have never met them before and have no idea who they are or what you are supposed to have done or if they are quite simply trying to mug you then...**** them they deserve to have my head fly into their face.

I don't agree with fighting and I don't beleive in it but if it domes down to it I'm going to do everything in my power to win wether it means splashing their nose across their face with my head or kicking and punching them when they are down it's all fair game if you are the innocent person trying to avoid the scrap because some times it's unavoidable

Agreed, I don't like fighting, but I've had to at times.

  11. Disgusting practice, never done it, had a few attempted on me though (all missed through drunkenness).

That's right, you should run away when a bloke's standing with his nose against your nose telling you he's going to smash your face in and for no reason.

  12. Thought it was about time I updated. I am loving geek chic at the moment, got some new Derek Cardigan glasses. Jason Bradbury and I are offically siblings. He tweeted me back when I posted him this pic. :)

    Ding-dong.

  13. I've headbutted a couple of me for being complete rocket polishers, years ago. The one lad was a mate of a mate, he was being the arrogant clearing in the woods he normally was and told me not to walk past him or something, which I did. He squared up to me and warned me again so i nutted him, smacked him in the face and booted him in the bollocks. Saw him the next day at school and he had a broken nose with 2 blacks eyes haha, he never bothered me again and I was hero for a day at school lol

Been headbutted a couple of times but they weren't very good ones.
