Watched their game tonight and just seemed so naive from them. I know people are concerned about the 5th place or them having no Europe and catching us, but they look a busted flush this season at the minute.

The more games being televised means there will be less and less Saturday 3pm kick offs. The Saturday blackout may remain but there will be far fewer games to blackout. If we continue to compete in Europe then we should continue on the Sunday slots which is fine.

I’ve seen comments online trying to belittle this achievement as we’ve not played anyone ‘decent’, but we really have. West Ham, Spurs, Brighton, Newcastle all top half European teams. At this level no matter the opposition it’s a massive achievement. Love it - great to see. My 7 year old lad can’t quite believe that we’re good now! 

Not a pleasant experience tonight. Proper anxious being inside the ground wondering what was awaiting afterwards. Thankfully all cleared by the time the game had finished in the direction I was headed. 

I do wonder how many casual fans would realise he played for Blues before Dortmund. It probably bypassed a lot of people he ever played there - so quite entertaining they’d probably get little ‘credit’ for him. 

Looking like a generational talent right now though. Hopefully he and Kane can propel us to Euro glory in the summer.
