Not received mine despite renewing for the April deadline.
Quite relaxed about it - if it doesn't come I will be asking for a full refund. Im certainly not turning up hours early and queuing at the ticket office for a temporary ticket.
Asking for a full refund because it hasn't turned up is being abit extreme, no?

Went from about 21-22 stone, to around 10-11 stone. hard journey, but so worth it. Regret letting myself get to that point.

This, along with the feeling of physical well-being only inspires me to carry on.
Remember - it's "work in progress". Keep it up
I've always kept the pair of jeans from when i used to weigh my heaviest. Always amazing to look at them and be amazed at the progress and a reminder of where i started and not wanting to get back there ever again. I can stand in just one of the legs

If you find that warm oats are too warming during the warmer months, i recommend overnight oats. Half milk and half natural yoghurt in the fridge over night with whatever toppings (fruit/seeds) Thickens up overnight and just eat cold during a lovely hot morning.

2nd weigh in today (or the day I weighed myself last week..).
Another 5lbs off.
10.5lbs in 2 weeks.
To be fair, I've been golden. I had a bit of my son's white chocolate Lilly thing on Tuesday, but apart from that, way less carbs (corgetti, butternut squash chips and caulk rice to replace carbs), no alcohol (don't drink any anyway mostly) means my calorie count is really protein heavy (about 1000-1250 a day).
Cravings of rubbish has mostly stopped and I'm feeling much fillet with fewer things in me. Try and keep it going next week when we're in France.
Well done.
Love reading stuff like this. I used to weigh 22 stone (around 308 pounds). I was eating a stupid amount of junk food and fizzy drinks everyday with little to no exercise. Decided to go cold turkey and cook all my own meals and picking more healthier snacks over crisps and chocolate. Add in exercise for 5 days a week and i dropped 12 stone in 1 and half years. I wasn't one for really counting calories or doing low fat or no carb diets. I just played it by eye for the first few months and corrected mistakes like portion sizes and changing things like going from full fat milk to almond milk. I still go for a takeaway every 2 weeks and i do go abit over the top, but it's one meal and as long as i keep my exercises up, i never see a change in weight gain.Again, congrats on the weight loss and it good to see you're feeling better with getting the weight off. Keep going!

I might just turn this off now. United gonna shut up shop from here...

I'm getting regular £100m+ offers for my best players. I just buy cheap and sell high just as the reach their 30's and i feel like i have a replacement for them.

Yeah, the team victim of the dive still gets **** at the end of the day, but i hope this is more of a long term fix and prevention in the future so it stops the diving.
Still think that player would still risk it to win big games and with the size of the squads today, two games is nothing really.

Why were West Brom belting out that Chelsea song right before kick off?

Guzan not having the best of games...

Cheers! I feel like i've done a Leicester because i'm usually terrible at predictions.
Thanks @Chewie for running this again!

hahah! Check the guy who wrote his tactic down word for word on that bit on paper.

Mainly stick with one tactic. I may change the mentality, but that is about it. I've not really used wingers in this game as i feel 5 at the back (wing back) and 2 up front formations are very strong. I think i rocked the same formation at Villa for about 7 seasons till i decided to switch it up due to having so many decent midfielders.

I'm still about and still putting the hours in. I've been travelling A LOT recently, which has been a good and bad thing. Bad because i hate travelling and good because i get to play FM.
The main bulk of my time goes into my main Villa save and i use it to just beat down teams by like 5 or 6-0 because they're a team full of wonder regens. Been trying to get Tamworth into the Champions League as my second save.

Sounds like Lukaku and his control were useless against another good defence again.
That Chelsea defence hasn't kept a clean sheet in the league since January.

God knows how Klitschko stayed up from that uppercut. Got him at the end though. Got a lot of respect for Klitschko

Speaking of footballers I just don't like. I wonder if the soon-to-be-35 year old Joseph Barton had any money on him being banned from football for the next 18 months?
I bet he had a bet on the length of the ban. Just seen that he even bet on his own team to lose (he didn't play in those games)
