Just heard that Vaclav Drobny has been killed in a sledding accident in Czech Republic - it's on the Villa Twitter and in the news section on Google. Shocking news. Never played a first team game for us but he was still part of Aston Villa for a season. Really sad news, RIP.

I'd go for a further raid into the Belgian market. Jelle Vossen (Genk), Nacer Cahdli (Twente) and Toby Alderweireld (Ajax). Wouldn't be cheap mind but probably under £10m for each. Ajax are still in the CL so he is unlikely to be interested. I trust Lambert to get the right additions in but would love those 3.

I'd recommend Seville as a really top city and one that people might not typically think of. I've been a couple of times and I'd put it right up there - beautiful city, huge cathedral, great food and drink, loads of history, 2 decent football sides in Sevilla + Betis and plenty of stunning women.

In summer 2011 I got a flight there and back inc all taxes etc for £20.00 (never had such a cheap return flight in my life) from East Midlands on Ryanair. Give it a shot.

I've signed up for the half marathon in Birmingham in October and I've got no experience of running. I'm 23 and in ok shape. I've got all the gear (decent running shoes, garmin forerunner, baselayers, running socks) but struggling to run far. I've done 2 miles 3 times in the last 2 weeks. What should I am to do? 2 runs a week? I've gotta be realistic.

Also noticing I feel pain down the back of my leg towards the heel and that slows me down a lot more than fatigue!
