Delighted with the team picked, now we have to perform.
-
Confident of a win today, then again I was for Monday nights cup game.
-
Time for him to move on for the sake of his own career, not good enough now to be a starter but a player with imited ability that gave his all. His play off goal aone was worh about £100m in future revenue.

So many misplaced passes today, must do better.

Played well but didn't take our chances, feel cheated yet again by the officials. Clear and obvious my arse.

Yep once again showing how wank he is.
-
Dominated possesion first half without any intensity, the second goal conceded was pathetic.
-
Pathetic from Trez, he could have crossed as well.
-
Disapointed not to still be leading at half time but we dominated the first 40 minutes, hope we step it up second half.
-
Considering the strength of the opposition I thought we did quite well in the first half, starting the second half so slowly and Lukaku coming on changed the game. Only positives for me were Ramsey looking good, Sanson and Traore getting game time. Too many misplaced passes in the second half meant we didn’t have much possession.

Banana skin yes but Norwich are low in quality, hope we put in a decent performance and get three points.

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that the three teams at the top of the league get decisive penalties to get three points today……..

First half we were third best but we showed some real fight the second half. Didn't expect anything from the game beforehand, our season will be determined on games against teams fourth and below.
-
Fantastic result at a ground we rarely get much at, the team look solid and well organised at the back. One striker with pace either side worked well and Nakamba McGinniesta and Ramsey were superb.
-
It's a shame that Ole has been sacked as he was doing such a wank job at it, can't think of any other club in the Premier League that would have appointed him on his track record.

Huge 3 points today which was more important than the performance, the subs worked well and what a class goal from Ollie, Mings marshalled the defence well and took his goal brilliantly. Onwards and upwards.

Ive just seen the Marca story that Newcastle want Mings.
id honestly take the money if it were something like 40m and reinvest in another younger centre back
Like who?

I am probably in a minority but I would like Graham Potter in as the next Villa manager, I think his teams play very good football with excellent passing and movement who has had limited funds compared to many of the clubs in the league.

Thanks Dean for some fantastic memories, I'm gutted at the moment but it's not my money running the club so the owners have to make the decision what they feel is best for the club.

That first half was absolute garbage, can't see where the next point will come from.

I'm expecting changes at half time, simply shite.

I think we will lose this 0-2, West Ham have a strong well organised team under Moyes and they are a hard team to break down. With our current form confidence won't be great and our performances of late have been poor.
-
Looked good in the first ten minutes then poor for the rest of the game.
-
Spurs confidence looks very low at the moment, even Nuno is pretty downbeat about the morale in the squad. Hope we continue to pile the misery onto Spurs, 1-3 Villa win.

Chuffed with the goal, Everton have created absolutely nothing. Great finish from Emi B maybe Watkins can take finishing lessons from him.
