  1. Watching us play is so enjoyable, god damn Emery has transformed this club. After the last 15 years I’m having to remind myself that this is Villa I’m watching. It’s brilliant.
  2. Superb today, nearly every team would jump at the chance to sign him, when he’s in the groove he is very very good. We had a rampant Watkins up top today, they had Antonio running into brick walls and falling over. Also that little touch to release Bailey in the 85th minute was delightful.
  3. Man, Olsen is not good enough, how do you not clear that over the heads of everyone??? How did he manage to just kick it straight at Luis like that? He also looks like he half arsed makes an attempt to save it, so many better number 2 keepers surely?
  4. The issue with his finishing is that it seems to take a couple of “beats” too long to get his shot off. It doesn’t came naturally to him at all, he’s fast in a straight line but oddly slow in his other movements. He’s a big asset to the team though, he’s an absolute machine and his build up play can be pretty decent.
  5. I require the means to comment on this forum, I have been following the Villa since I was about 7 when I witnessed my Dad looking at the scores on teletext and I liked the sound of the name. Growing up in the middle of Devon left little room to follow a premiership club and so this is my tenuous link to the mighty Villa. I travel to Villa Park a few times a season but mainly I scream at the television and annoy my other half every-time Villa play. In truth though, I have just seen Bertie is back and I want to comment on how incredibly rubbish and brilliant he is at the same time. Rob
