Villa don't need him, but there are clubs that he would do a decent job for.  All immaterial as he looks like he's staying so he can pick up his large and unearned salary. 

Or someone like Celtic or Rangers. 

I am a bit surprised that a Luton, Burnley or Sheffield United haven't taken a gamble on Chambers.  He would do a decent job for one of them.

Unai improves players.  If Morgan comes to Villa, he will be worth £30m in 12 months.

Carla Ward said it herself, she is a Manager and not a coach.  She was a useful step up for the club but seems to have stalled.  

Not a patch on the player we signed, the one who was unmarkable and whose movement destroyed the opposition.  Not sure what's happened to Diaby but I'd like the former player back, quickly. 

He's a decent player but not quick or physical enough for the Premier League.  He'd neat and tidy but can you really see him displacing the likes of Kamara and Luiz? That's the level he needs to punch at to get regular games at Villa.

There is so much more to Ollie's game that simply goals, but if he was a more clinical striker, he'd be amazing.  Runs and works really hard but what does let him down, and it's a biggie, is his consistency with the first touch and ruthlessness.  If we are going to improve, either Ollie gets better or we buy better.
