6-1 to Norwich...
Have Reading fielded their U12s or something?
Either that or they Ninja loaned Richards and Lescott as their central defensive partnership this game,

Do you get the "BBC" over there?
Not the same as in England. She got to see quite a lot the last few years when we were in the Prem though as all games can be watched live.
LOL bit slow just got that, very amusing!

My American wife (who knows bugger all about Football) just said to me imagine Kodjia and Benteke together. I'm like where the F did that come from lol.

Not that I have anything against Leo, but why him and not Conor?

I'm nervous as hell to be honest. The sentiment that we'll blow it against a team like Burton today would be typical.
Hope is a bit of a bastard really.

Come on boys! Let's hope this game isn't the Villa kick in the nuts.

He needs to quit international football and we need to buy an adequate understudy so he can have a break now and then. The poor bloke looks totally shagged in some games at around the 70th minute mark.
There's no denying the immense value he brings to the team in challenges, heading and reading the play, but expecting the guy to play 46 or hopefully 38 league games next season is a bit unreasonable.

To use an Americanism, Kodjia is definitely our MVP (Most Valuable Player). Considering we've scored 42 goals (So far) and Kodjia has 18 of them, we'd be royally boned if not for him.

Does anyone think Bjarnsson could possibly be a DM and deputise/ be back up to Jedinak?
I know he is supposed to be some sort of midfielder but I am not sure what type.
Seems to slow to be a winger, not skillful enough to be a AM but seems to have enough strength and tenacity to be a DM.
Just a thought.
Don't think he's that kind of player. My mind goes back to the Brentford game where we got owned in midfield with Conor, Henri and Birkir playing as Jedi was injured and no one was holding DM. We're really lacking someone to stand in for Jedi to give the poor guy a rest/late sub.

Fulham had 14% possession tonight!
Don't think I have ever seen that low.
That defeat could de rail them
That was still 10% more than Gary Gardner playing a bunch of Toddlers from Romania.

Terrible performance. Some absolute shockers individually, players looked dead on their feet to be fair.
Special mention to Bacuna, didn't do a single thing right despite being the freshest player on the pitch
Interestingly (According to the SB Facebook interview) we have not lost a game this season that Leo has started.

Total domination from us in the first five minutes - I thought we were going to rack up a cricket score.
Then we slowly slowly started to drift out the game until the end was just backs-to-the-wall scrambling with incredibly bad decision making from some of our players. However, we stayed firm again and got the points.
Bruce should probably have been more proactive with subs - Amavi and Bacuna and Adomah were struggling in the second half, especially when Holloway changed his side up.
But hey, another win and another cracking goal. Good stuff. Just wish we could keep our heads for a whole game.
I agree with your subs point. Ideally I think he would have wanted the option of another holding midfield player, problem is we don't have one.

Any highlights ? Was ours the only goal sly sports did not show?
They showed it eventually. Good one-two between Kodj and Leo.

Praise be to "Insert Deity of choice". From the Website commentary sounded like we were getting owned in the 2nd half. Fair play to the lads for sticking in there though.
WE STILL BELIEVE

Screw it. I'm going 4-1 Villa. Kodjia hatrick and Amavi with the fourth. Top that!

While I love Jedi, having him as part of a two man middle is a bit scary pace wise.
