As you have probably seen, our fans have been getting a slating in the press recently and other football fans now seem to think we have the worst and most fickle fans in the league. I thought that against Tottenham the atmosphere was one of the best of the season even though we were behind from early on and there are very few clubs that sing when they're 2-0 down. Its annoying that about 500/41,000 fans are clouding the outlook on the rest of us who are completely behind the Board, MON and Gabby. UTV

This may well have come up before but anyone else think we should sing 'Ivanhoe, my Lord, Ivanhoe!' at the end of the Paul McGrath song?

Sorry but i couldnt disagree more with paulanddonya, yes it was frustrating but we played well enough to win and on another day if Sidwell scored in the first half we win by 2 or 3. After middlesborough MON said that we have to make sure that if 'we cant win it, make sure we dont lose it' which we did. Fulham defended well and if paulanddonya thinks that criticizing the manager to the General will stop us from having frustrating results in the best league in the world then he is sadly he is mistaken. I couldnt be happier with Villa at the moment... lets keep it up

I was just wondering if there are any plans to increase the capacity of Villa Park following the higher attendances of recent years? I am told that we averaged over 40,000 last year for the first time in many years and with the ongoing success in the football club, in marketing and footballing terms, i expect this to increase. The North Stand seems like the obvious choice for an expansion as there is space behind, unlike the Doug Ellis. I am sure that you have been asked this before, but i unfortunately do not share your commitment to search through 534 pages of questions, something which is very much appreciated by all im sure.
