Enjoying this ride immensely but the more we improve and grow, I guess the more risk of losing Emery? Jealous eyes looking to take them I suppose. United, Liverpool, Bayern, Barcelona etc. Hope not, but is it inevitable?

This is nonsense worrying though. Emery has everything he wants here. NSWE have partnership with lower league Spanish team he owns.

Before games people sometimes debate trying to say x team has an advantage over y team because they had a game mid- week/extra days rest etc but I don't usually buy it much.

Seen plenty of times where Villa have played against a team who had Europe mid-week yet when the game comes the other team looks fresh and we looked knackered. Arsenal had 2 days extra rest last week yet second half they looked tired and we played like we had a full weeks rest.

Not convinced this 2 week break is good for Spurs tbh.

I didn't mention before game but was in my mind before Arsenal game that with Rugby League in Oz I've heard players that play regular season backing up from mid week State of Origin they feel better playing closer period between games than a couple days more rest

Frimpong seems to be loved around here. I’ve never seen him play.

Played right wing several seasons but people convinced he's a right back to replace Cash who is much better defensively

Well Goldstein on Talksport said Emery 100% would go to Man Utd if they came for him in the summer so the delusion the Man Utd fans have.  They really think it’s just a matter of time before they are the dominant force again in the league.  I know they are the biggest club in the world-ish but the level of arrogance…I just hate them.

Goldstein is a wind up merchant like most radio shock jocks for angry callers and Goldbridge just posting for YT views

    That's not thinking about the wages. They're all on c £200k p/w

Are you sure about that? I thought they were on lower wages but longer contracts?

They're all on 80-100k Chelsea paying less but extra long contracts

Unbelievable he is still only 26

I feel like hes been around for absolute ages

He has. The legs are gone thing when we signed him from Leicester fans was because he's played since 13/14 starting in Belgian league

Unless there's a clause, Palace or the likes of Fulham won't be selling their best players to us.

    Even with CL football.

For the fees we'd have to go to for Anderson, Eze or whatever it would be eyewatering in the extreme and limit what else we could do.

We're not going to offer stupid money wages that other clubs like Manure do either

I'm not saying he isn't, I adore him, but he would have been eased in more gently had others been fit (in my opinion)

My wife moans that I watch them live and I’m always tired.. She did ask if they could change the kick off time to a more convenient time…. I’ve emailed the premier league but have not received a reply as yet.

    I will support this

Weirdly, i would say Newcastle are more of a threat now than Manure, if you had to say which one of them was a threat.

Both teams on same points and same games, but.....

Newcastle's run in is Palace, Sheff utd, Burnley, Brighton, Manure & Brentford.

Manure's run in is Sheff Utd, Burnley, Palace, Arsenal, Newcastle, Brighton.

tbh, both have a much easier run in than us or Spurs.

4 wins and 2 draws from 15 away games this season.
