Until two weeks ago I hadn't run since August! I was missing it and have now started the new year with three quick pace runs of 45 minutes, along the canals. Back on track !
On Sunday afternoon it was a challenging one, it was really pouring but cold too and with the rain blowing towards me, brrr. My top was very soon absolutely soaking and I had to do the whole run extra fast in order not to get too cold.
