Not sure why some people are so surprised. In the pre-emery era we always tried playing a Luiz McGinn Ramsey midfield and it never worked, Luiz in particular used to spend most of the game watching the ball whizz past his head. He just isn't the right kind of player to shore up a midfield, and he never has been. The loss of Kamara was a total disaster for the end of our season, and Luiz is probably the player most affected by it.
I feel sorry for him really - he's exceptional when allowed to play his game in his best position, but just struggles horribly when he can't do that.
If he's staying at Villa, we have to get a proper solid Kamara duplicate over the summer, and then I'm sure we'll see the amazing Dougie back.

Oh yes, he absolutely knew what he was doing there. He didn't get enough on the ball to stop Bailey getting to it so he took Bailey out just to be sure. Very lucky to get away with that.

True, but we've been so awful the last few games it's going to take quite a turn around to get back into this. We have zero control of any game lately.

I think this is over to be honest. We look as bad as we have in the last few games. We've just basically collapsed completely. No control over any games, just nothing other than occasional bursts forwards.

The mess with people coming into the arena when one match is on a mid-session interval and the other is still playing is ridiculous this year. I've never seen it this bad. Ronnie just nearly flipped with the people entering the arena.

Every episode of those shows is still somewhere relevant today. There are episodes that perfectly encapsulate the whole Brexit fiasco, there are episodes that deal with striking, and obviously interdepartmental committees, and basically everything you see playing out in the news still today.
