So I got enthusiastic about  Villa again.. then I saw them play and reminded myself to stop.

Just saw a picture of him holding the shirt. He looks really happy! Added to all the noises he made about wanting to be here and what a great club we are he could  be a good fit 

I am happy about this appointment as I feel it's what we need right now. 

Come on Villa. Let's push on. If we don't get promoted at least we can say we have tried and hopefully restore some of the feel good factor again. It's been gone too long. UTV!

Will be pleased if Bruce is confirmed. He is what we need at the moment for where we are. 

Wuth regards to Wagner, he is at a club where expectations are way lower than ours so he has much less pressure and presumably more time to instil his philosophy. He had a good part of last season and preseason to do this. 

We don't have that luxury as we want to get up asap. 

Heart Wagner - Head Bruce. 

I think we would have more chance of promotion /playoffs with Bruce. 

Wagner would need to implement style/ changes where as Bruce would be more simplistic imo. 

Id take dull and uninspiring if it got us promoted. 

Get Bruce in: he can make us solid (if unspectacular) difficult to beat and we pick up points along the way. Once (if ) he gets us promoted he can maybe have a season in the prem (he will have earnt it) or Wagner/ whoever- can come in and take us further (if their still flavour of the month. 

Its a no brainer for me
