Does the stomach drive the anxiety or does the anxiety drive the stomach?
I think Morrrisey sang about this back in the day.

I was going to offer some advice but I'm not sure I want to now All I'll say is that I found CBT really useful but it did seem a load of guff until a certain point where it all started to make sense and my life has improved immeasurably. I really hope you find something that works Chindie (trying a different diet does make some sense to me ).
Yep, CBT proved a real help to me too. Like finding the missing pieces of a jigsaw. The therapist was really perceptive. It definitely helped me, in conjunction with other things.

You know you've finally embraced the right wing when you're in agreement with Mart.

I'm unsure when you transcended to the right wing Pete. When did this epiphany happen? Your posts over the last few years are not those of a balanced commentator IMO. Which is sad, but not uncommon.

RR retweeting Owen Jones with the words "good advice" added is being interpreted different ways by different people. Some for one side some for the other.
Anyone seeing "good advice" as malign needs their head looked at, IMO.
It's clearly malign IMO, so I'm off to phone my shrink on your say so

Not seen the film, so I can’t comment, but just on the off chance it wasn’t posted in here before, over 50 cuts in 1 minute and 22 seconds.
That made me feel dizzy.

Excellent review pooly!

Have heard decent things about “Carnage” but not seen it myself.
Maybe he’s one of those actors who makes a career from regularly being the best thing in average films. Like John Cusack, another actor I really like but even he would admit his films are often substandard.
Saw Carnage last week. Top film.

I wonder what they're going to call this new 'centrist' party? How about... The Social Democrats? What could possibly go wrong?

Where is Adam Warlock in all of this Avengers/MCU/ Thanos stuff? Surely he'd be the one to defeat Thanos?

I'm often struggling with the dialogue/ accents/ drawl in True Detective III, especially Ali. Loving the series so far though. Has me gripped.

I didn't know the former England midfielder had branched out into political commentary, but good on him!

If there is another referendum and 'remain' isn't an option, I won't be voting.
From what I can see moon man, there would possibly be 3 options:
1. Remain in EU
2. Maybot's hashed deal
3. No deal
I can only see remain winning in that scenario

I adore the bbc, however I avoid or take with a mountain of salt their political coverage.
Yep. I think we have to separate the BBC 'news' output from the BBC's often very good artistic/entertainment output.
But it does get harder to justify the licence fee for what has effectively become the government's mouthpiece
