If we were to sell it would be the most laughable bit of business since signing Tonev. He deserves the armband.

We are in for Yannick Bolasie. 

He absolutely destroyed Sunderland towards the end of the season. And he had a good game against QPR. Those 2 games accounted for half of his offensive contributions. We can do much better if 20 is the figure quoted.

This is exactly what I was thinking too. I don't want to stir the doom and gloom pot as it gets extremely out of hand but their rates of scoring are pretty similar.

Definitely Mirallas. Williams is on the wrong side of 30 for that price. Good player though.

I think everyone can take a deep breath now. Things seem to be tying together very nicely in the aftermath of meltdown mode.

 

 

Embolo got 10 goals last season, dont see why people think he should come in and automatically replace Benteke

Not a direct or immediate replacement. But I can understand why people think he could be the eventual replacement.

Townsend would be a class signing for us! People go on about Gil as if hes messi, when really in all his games hes mustered one good performance.

yeah me too. 8 man of the match performances from left back speaks volumes of his play. No matter the league.. to be the best player from left back in 1/4 of the games is amazing.

 

still not off i guess but its a shame as it appears its not close otherwise he would have been left out.

Every single one of the doom and gloomers needs to take a look in the mirror after this one. This is a textbook lesson learned for all of you that continuously spout BS about the club falling apart and blah blah blah. Fab is here to stay! 

This feels pointless now (if it wasn't before!)

 

Scenario A - no sale, no money.

Scenario B - the sale is ages away so Delph has decided he can't wait.

Scenario C - the sale is imminent but Delph knows there's going to be no major change in our status.

Scanario D - we're going to spend billions but Delph doesn't like being involved so has gone to a soon to be struggling City. 

 

Mmm, which one is most likely? I think Villa might have mentioned something to him on the sly if it'd have helped keep him.
