Theresa has her blue buses full of young Tories

I remember seeing one of these in a picture with mrs may in, looked quite a big crowd till another photo was leaked to show it was actually about 20 party members photographed creatively to give the appearence of a big crowd.

  2. won't work trent, you'll need some sort of offshore trust, probably within another offshore trust, preferably in a British territory tax haven which costs a fortune to run so is only really open to the mega rich as you've probably already got one set up for income tax and inheritance tax purposes, or so george osbourne says, British tax system, made so complex so that only the very rich can afford the loopholes provided

  3.

seems like my feelings may have been on the right track if the above post by darrem is genuine, Tory party, so god damn predictably nasty and always looking for ways to line there pockets

The more I consider and contemplate and think about how Tory Policy usually works, the more i'm convinced the so called dementia tax is more about creating a nice new high profit financial product where the profit will come from old peoples homes equity, usually the real snide nasty stuff the words removed are up to is hidden beneath the surface, I'd put money of a few clandestine meetings and briefings with the city of londons big finance wheelers and dealers about this policy way before it was announced

  4. good old gormless osbourne has been heard spouting how only the stupid plebs who play by the rules will be effected by the dementia tax as very wealthy people will know how to get around it

well not quite in those exact words, but that was the general gist

Considering that the tory manifesto is completely uncosted, there's a curious absence of bellends shouting out "how are they going to pay for it", who were outraged by the Labour manifesto.

most stupid comment I've ever seen, They are paying for it with massive tax cuts for big business, every tax cut for the wealthy means more money in the pot, you're just not clever enough to understand torynomics

From what was being reported earlier this year*, Jeremy likes to make sure he has time in the week to relax (make jam, spend some time in the shed, facebook with DA, look at coal plates, drain covers, etc). So probably he’s been on TV on Saturday/Sunday, so took Thursday evening off

    * In Private Eye, so it must be correct....

whats wrong with that, who doesn't like looking at a few drain covers now and again

That's fair enough but I completely disagree darren. Labour I feel have had a good week (when was the last time you can say that under Corbyn) imagine if he smashed it on that as well? That could have only been good for him. Big time cock up by Corbyn there in my opinion.

Really if I was ItV I would have just put a empty chair with a cardboard cut out if may there. Mays a complete coward as well. At least Cameron had the guts to do one.

but Cameron was slick, Articulate and able to think on his feet and react and turn questions and debates in the direction he wanted with more subtlety than May could ever dream of , which meant he could convey some sense of being genuine, May is clunky, awkward and unbelievably false in her demeanor, oh and he had better scripted jokes and put downs, not great but way better than anything May gets given. May would struggle in an honest debate with Ed, who is also quite awkward and clunky let alone someone as comfortable in their own skin as Corbyn.

Cameron also had some stuff he could defend in his manefesto, Mays is a complete shitstorm

I'll take the Theresa May jibes and raise you this one on Jezza's great body language.

normally the term to raise involves putting in something of higher value or worth, but each to his own

  11. *I've been through the Tory manifesto with a fine tooth come (ok i havn't really), but i can't seem to find the bit where £350million a week extra is going to the NHS from savings in the payments.to the EU following a successful Brexit

*shamelessly ripped off from Tom Walker)

thats already happening.   Some councils are looking back years/decades to see if assets were transferred.

i know, hence the post, they have some incredible and wide ranging powers in this area

I suspect a lot of people are going to be transferring their houses into their kids names in the next few years.

and i imagine lots of legislation similar to the current one regarding care home funding that allows councils to go back indefinitely and and make claims through accusation of deliberate deprivation of assets

Maybe you’re right. I think that is a part of it and the fact we have too many I’m alright Jack merchants and people with no foresight into what their future may hold and that they could easily be someone who needs the help their vote is currently helping to deprive others.

I despair at what has happened over the last several years. The way too many of us have turned on each other be it blaming/demonising those on benefits or pointing the finger at foreigners all whilst failing to see the ideological and wilful destruction of our public services and welfare state.

almost like a devide and conquer strategy?  funny how very little finger pointing is done at those that benefit massively in all of this, never mind it's all just coincidence

This manifesto appears to be even grimmer than you'd expect.

But turkeys will vote for Christmas.

Because this election will be won by people buying the propaganda and lies in the media, and we all know who has the loudest media support
