you don't get the point, we could sell buy a replacement and have cash spare to improve elsewhere
Because this time he would have good money for a replacement
Yeah we could buy two more Bennett and Lunas.I hope it is true we could replace him easily with money to spare.
Why on earth, when it has taken us so long to find a good LB would we sell him after 6 months.
We don't need a replacement. He is solid.

Well 6months left on cleverley's contract means he is worth 7.5 so what spending our 15m from Delph on? Lol

To think that Sigurdsson reportedly cost around the same amount, and he has been very influential for Swansea.
I would love Sigurdsson here
This ^^^^^^^

We should look at a new deal at the end of the year to keep his price high.
I don't think he will go until after Euro 2016
-
Mirror says we are signing cleverley for 7.5 if true there will be next to nothing left to sign players
-
To me (and most fans judging my the comments) he's not had any good games, he would become the most expensive signing in this team at 8m and at that price tag you would expect him to be MOM most games. I can't recall him making a single great tackle, creating a single chance or scoring a single goal.
Lots of lovely 5yard sideways passes though, I'll give you that.
You really need to learn about how CMs work, seriously. Or stop watching highlights videos on youtube.

7.5 with 6 months left would mean his value is 15m minimum of he had four years left on his contract.
He is never a player worth that anything over 4 and your over paying and like others have said he is decent but no better than Westwood.
An attacking midfielder of the same value would benefit us far more.
Basically, this means Westwood is valued at 20m.
Yea but he isn't that's the point
-
He should get more game time he did well for us last year but just hasn't had the games this year

If they were willing to pay the 50m plus fines per year from FFP on top of all these hundreds of millions on players ala city. Sure.
Realistic in any sense? No
-
Firstly after the last few posts don't be daft he can do better than us financially, medal wise and get into some of those teams.
This replace Gerrard link I just read it and actually liked he is no where near his quality a good premier league player yes. One of England's five best in central midfield? Yes. But not his quality no where near it.

Use google it is clearly what happened

I think weimann is a 4-4-2 player and would be very good up front with Benteke but no one plays 4-4-2 anymore as it leaves them over run in the days of 4-5-1
-
He's a good player for his role simple as that
-
The only reason I don't want him back is because he is crap simple as that
-
No 8m isn't a lot for a player we were spending that 15 years ago!
But having said that if that is what we have we can improve the team far more if we buy a creative midfielder
-
Many believe we agreed to buy Cleverly in the summer, the loan being for admin reason's.
Easiest question to answer ever...In the last two January windows Lerner has failed to provide any real budget to improve the squad.
Why do people seem to think it will be different this year?
The previous seasons budgets were spent before January and this one has not.
If true maybe we did spend our budget, whatever that is these days.
He was waiting for Everton and we simply ran out of time to buy him so loaned him.
We know we have money for that one simple fact.
On the conjecture side of things we know we have money because we haven't spent our usual 15-20 m a season

Dropping a suspended player from the team is probably a good idea. However, dropping Clark probably isn't.
Too many attacking players, okore is going to be very tested on positioning against some of the best forwards in the league and your dropping HuttonOur only hope is to attack. It'd be harsh on Clark but I'd drop him for Vlaar. I'd go
Lowton Okore Vlaar Cissokho
Sanchez Delph
Weimann NZogbia Gabby
Benteke
NZogbia is key if he's up for it he can have a massive impact and if Lowton can cross like he did against Spurs Benteke will have a field day. Lots of ifs and buts to pick a score I just want us to show confidence with the ball and attack!
By the way, it's you're not your.
Oh noes he didn't know a player was suspended and he used the wrong type of your on his phone........
Get a life

When it's utd on a 6 game win streak I'd say this is over before it begins

Not a bad shout an old player with quality is probably a good option for us if he hasn't lost his legs

Shit? No.
He does represent a big risk to sign though. High wages, low obvious motivation and transforming him from winger to wide forward.
No thanks
