Jed steer is wank

I find it's the midfield and strikers that make the difference so I play a BBM, BWM or DLP, and a RPM in the 3, AP as the 1 and AF and DF as the 2. Bacuna ends up being pretty decent if played in the RPM position as he's got good all round attributes.
I also play possession based tactics if that makes a difference.

Cole assist wasn't it?

Bruce is there for the Huddlestone negotiations...

Steer is awful!!
he let in like 18 goals in 3/4 games for Doncaster (On Loan)
That's just not true.
-
Gil really does look good...

Have you tried 4312? It's usually a good formation for villa as the CM's are probably the strongest area in the squad.

Any good replacements I should be trying to get for Benteke?
Depends how you want to play... I don't rely on crosses or height so I don't typically have a striker who is great in the air, I've had Carlos (Clube Atlético Mineiro), Kenedy (Fluminense FC), and you can try to get Jese on loan from Real...

Niall Mason is no stranger to adventures.
This summer alone he’s surfed in Sri Lanka, trekked in Thailand and hung out in Hong Kong.
That’s just one short path of his incredible journey, though.
The 18-year-old who joined Aston Villa from Southampton this summer has experienced an unusual route into the professional game.
As an eight-year-old kid he rubbed shoulders with David Beckham after being handpicked to train with an elite set of youngsters at Real Madrid's Academy.
He played for Al Sadd juniors when his parents moved over to Qatar and also honed his skills at the Doha-based Evolution Soccer Academy soon after.
Born in Lancashire, Mason got his break in the youth system at Blackburn Rovers when he returned from the desert.
Southampton spotted his talent and signed him up but a move to Villa came about as he decided to leave St Mary’s.
Given the history of producing players like Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Luke Shaw and Calum Chambers, leaving the south coast club was a brave move.
It seems to paying dividends, though, as Mason is here in Portugal and looking to impress at the training camp.
With Fabian Delph set to leave for Manchester City, a spot in the midfield is up for grabs.
Of course the maestro is not yet ready for to replace the England man - he will need further development before he reaches that stage.
But the coaching staff at Villa have big hopes for him and will be monitoring his progress closely this term.
Mason, who has an American father and Indian mother, can represent either nation but reckons his international future would lie with England should he ever get selected.
Last term he turned out for the U21s on a number of occasions during a trial period which was highly successful.
For Villa he adopted a more defensive midfield role but in the past he has played in advanced positions and is capable of scoring goals.
Mason’s arrival this summer was rather low profile given his relatively short time in the game.
He does, however, have the potential to make a real name for himself in the future at Villa.
Find out more about Mason in next week’s Birmingham Mail when Gregg Evans meets the new recruit in the Algarve.

Its not like the actual BBC news who employ real journalists. BBC Sports is completely amateurish.
Examples?
Robbie Savage? Garth Crooks? Mark Lawrenson?
I should have been more specific, I was referring to the first line.

That mail made it up and then radio wm and the BBC sports department spread it.
We shouldn't forget this.
Another example of just how crappy our local media are towards Villa and how poor the reporting standards at BBC sports are.
Sorry, but peoplw are kidding themselves if they think the BBC just make things up or "run with it". There was a U-Turn for some reason. Simple as.
The BBC sports department has proven themselves less reliable than the Sun consistently this past season. They have made things up several times or reported second hand without fact checking.
Why would you regard them as a credible source? Its not like the actual BBC news who employ real journalists. BBC Sports is completely amateurish.
Examples?

As soon as you press play, switch to 360p quality and it seems to work...
EDIT: Seems okay on 720p now too.
