**** the weekend, I'd rather be at work.

Tried to break up a fight while out last weekend, and got a **** good kicking for my efforts. My shoulder and ribs are still killing me. I'll stay in and drink by myself from now on, safer, I think.

Went to see the stone roses in belfast and the were amazing. Met Mani, Reni and John squire before the gig and then met them again at the after show party which happened to be in our hotel bar.

Tudor Grange in solihull, the gym I use, might do pay per visit. I can't say i'm sure but worth asking.

As i've said before, it's far from perfect as it's so busy, but it has decent free weights section so better than nothing if you can't find any better.

Buy a lettuce, Cherry tomato's, a cucumber, spring onions, a pepper maybe even a nice bit of beetroot add dressing of your choice and that should last you the week. Then each day change the main item (obvious choices are tuna, ham, cheese, salmon, chicken but could be whatever you fancy).

Its just what you would do with a sandwich but replacing the bread with a nice healthy salad
