Well done mate!

No bloody hats.
And Laura, you tell the story somewhat different to how I remember it.
-
Christ Mahoney, where you been!?
Yes.

I got Reason 4 to piss about on, I'm quite content.
And Laura is coming down tomorrow, we gonna have a weekend of just us two, this makes me extremely happy.
And I'm off work Monday. Win.

After a crunching tackle at football on Monday I've been absolutely **** in my right leg, I've had dead legs before but I'm struggling to walk up the stairs at work, so I've had to have a night off tonight Weak man.
@mooney - Didn't see your comments about the running clubs, when we've mentioned it in the past we've both said next year would probably be the best time to seriously consider our movements in that direction, but I understand what you preach
Nice one mate

Good work my man.
I have to admit, I've only been photographed once whilst running (last years Birmingham half marathon), and in each of them, I am talking to the lady I was running with.
Sadly, in this years half marathon no photo's can be found of me.
Anyway, back to running - did my normal 3 mile run last night, just over 20 minutes so a decent pace. Felt pretty good to be honest.
Started going for a 10 mile run most Sundays now, exploring area's I haven't been to, is it wrong to sight see while you run?
Found a decent route around Great Barr Park (the old St Margarets hospital) - and found it all very interesting, which is why I raised a thread about it the other week.
Nah man, it's all part of the fun! I've seen parts of the Black Country and Derby I never knew existed, it's a good way to take in surroundings for sure.

That's from Dec 16, 2008.I can't jog flat out for a mile, even going at a silly slow pace.I think you've improved a bit, eh?
Haha cheers man Just a touch!
As Si mentioned before, Tuesday I was shit, but I ran Saturday, played 75minutes football (6aside) on Monday, and ran 1.5miles uphill after that, so I put it down to tiredness and nothing else.
Looking forward to Sunday though

Yep, earlier this year for D&D, and nearly boxing day last year for something similar although slightly more severe. Not something I'm proud of at all.

How can you not know the difference between curvy girls and fat girls?
And Laura isn't fat in the slightest, she's slim and she's healthy, and she has very good curves in very good places.

Right, off out tomorrow night, about 6.30ish, need some dietary advice....
What would be the best way to eat tomorrow? I normally go for porridge in the morning, fruit and trackers during the day, a bagguette for lunch if I'm running (brown, no mayo, chicken usually), and whatever I can must carby for tea.
Is that acceptable?
