I'd advise against buying a year old iphone 4 at a still premium price, especially as you already have a 3GS.

Once the iphone 5 is out, ring your phone company.

Ask them to be put through to disconnections.

When they ask why you're leaving tell them it's because *insert competitor's name here* will give you the new iphone for 50 quid.

They'll knock down the price. You won't get it for free, but they'll give you a discount.

Sound advice, but what I would add is ensure the deal exists as you can guarantee the advisor will have all the available deals in front of them and call your bluff if its bollocks.

I'm sorry, but I just don't like Moyes at all. Maybe I'd change my mind if he came to Villa and brought them success. But I don't see that he did all that could be done with Everton given the players they had a few seasons back.

Genuinely dont get it. Notoriousley slow at starting a season are Everton, havent won anything. Some dire league positions with some good ones. Spent money (just not been handed it on a plate which i give him credit for) - bought some good players as well as some bad ones.

Teams/Managers have had good league positions and actually won things on less of a budget than Moyes has had.

Think the media hype him up beyond belief. And who knows, he could be an absolute failure with a bigger budget.

There are a few reasons that so many people take the WiFi iPad and get one of these things. Firstly its no secret that iPad 3G users get **** over with a shitty deal, the MiFi has a lot more options with the data plan you take, whether it is pay as you go or contract. Also there is that you can use the MiFi with anything you want if it can accept a WiFi signal. Its pretty sweet if you have a laptop too.

With a 3G ipad you can get a monthly contract with three for 10gb for £16

With the Mifi you have to pay £40 to buy it and £15 a month will only get you 2gb of data a month.

Seems your only saving £60 initially but then get less data per month. Or have I got it all wrong?

Where did you read that?I paid £39.99 for the mifi plus I got £24 cashback via quidco and £15 for 5GB data on a rolling contract. I rang up after month 1 to cancel was offered 15gb for the same money straight away.

Alternatively you can cancel after a month and it has still only cost you £54 and you can buy 3gb for 3 months cards off ebay for £6-7.

Yes the latest update enables the hotspot on iphone, i cant use it though as o2 have disabled it but I hear that will change soon.

Can't grumble with the mifi though and currently my only isp at the moment.

If it was me I would save £100 and get a wifi only and pair it with a 3 mifi,works the same and you will always have the net on the go, up to you of course.

Rough guide from the 3 site, but I reclon I get more than that.

Also I'm clueless when it comes to this whole data on 3G thing, how many hours of surfing the net and using things like YouTube get you with 1 or 2 gb a month? I have no idea if that's enough or if I need more.

5 Gb should be enough for a couple of films or 120mins of youtube.

It really depends on what quality you are downloading and the same goes for websites if they are banner heavy it eats up your data.

I currently use a mifi from 3 has my wired in broadband is shite. I am on a 15gb data plan at the moment and since getting an ipad it is being eaten up very quickly.

What model are you looking at getting?

I decided against the 3g myself as the mifi was only £30 and £15pm for 15gb on a rolling contract and does the same job as a 3g when out and about.

If you were to go for a budget phone ie £100 - £150 what would you go for as there are few around now/out soon and I have no idea when it comes to android.

Thinking of selling my ip4 as they are going for around £350 and now I have an ipad I'm not going to use a smartphone as much but still want something half decent.

Picked up an ipad 2 yesterday, I wouldn't normally be so indulgent but I sold a load of stuff that was lying around gathering dust on fleabay so had a bit of spare cash.

Have to say i'm pretty impressed so far and a different experience to the iphone.
