Porto bought him for €6 million when he was standard lieges captain and arguably the best player in Belgian league. He's a bench warmer for Porto now so cant see how he would be worth more.

Zaha - Loan

Richards - Loan preferably with option to buy

Defour - 3/4 million

Not out the realms of possibility and not too expensive, would surely improve the team.

That was a cup game against opposition at the bottom of the table in the league below, the Porto side had wholesale changes. Looking at their recent league games he isn't part of their starting 11 and usually gets brought on around the 60th min as a sub if at all.

 

 

Okay look at the second two points. The partially owned is a big sticking point.

 

Not disagreeing with either of those points, just thought the first could do with clarifying.

Hopefully Lerner will have realised by now if you want quality you have to pay for it, so if it does all come down to the money then fingers crossed.

Don't think this is out the realms of possibility at all but can only see him coming with the assurance more quality will be bought in alongside him. Especially a midfield enforcer as we will be/already are too lightweight in the middle of the park.

Hello everyone. I'm josh, I'm 22 been a villa fan since birth, have my dad to thank for that one. Away at university in Sheffield so don't get to go to many, if any, games any more but like to keep up to date and have been a long time lurker at VT. Had a season ticket a few years ago cant remember the exact year, it was the season we almost got champs league so had the privilege for seeing us play some decent stuff at home which is more than you can say for the dross we are producing at the moment.
