Now their game plan has largely derailed I wonder how long until they revert to type and just go full shithouse.
Toney and Maupay on at HT pulling Zulu hand signals on the centre circle while Ben Mee ends some careers in the stands.

Get in!
Should have a bit more space now they can’t play for a 0-0
-
How has VAR not given that, clear error when he’s give a foul the wrong way!
-
Was shitting bricks seeing Olsen in the starting line-up. But he’s been remarkably composed and has made some good saves
-
We can get wrestled down at the half way line and get nothing and that diving prick gets a touch on his shoulder and the ref can’t blow quick enough
-
That Ait-Nouri loves overplaying and then throwing himself to the ground
-
Enjoy watching Doku. Hopefully doesn’t get what makes him exciting coached out of him like Jack
-
I bet it’s taking every fibre of his being not to sub Jordan Henderson on

Joe Gauci cannot be on £100k a week.
Added one 0 too many I think.

West Ham are masters at this dull as **** low block, it was never going to be a game we were going to create handful of chances in. In fairness they are 7th and have only lost 3 at home all season.
Still fancy us to come away with at least a point.
-
Feels like a game we could have 30 corners and not come close and they look dangerous from every one.
-
The inconsistency is maddening no doubt but I’d be annoyed if that handball was given against us, the defender is already pointing and Bailey kicks the ball at his arm in close range.
Think the refereeing in general has been decent as he’s not blowing his whistle at every jostle.

Saw one of the West Ham fans refer to this as the Cameron Cup

Is McCoist a Newcastle fan?
Non-stops rimming them every game I’ve had the misfortune to listen to him commentate for them.
-
Proper bunch of **** whingers the Everton fans aren’t they
What a load of dross they are on the field too, just hard running and ‘proper tackles’. Set up like a championship side playing one of the top 6 in the cup.

Whilst a draw maybe be better for us I’d quite happily see Newcastle lose this 7-2
A draw with them picking up a couple of muscular injuries as Howe is being a bellend and not making subs, some cards would be nice too if the ref could be persuaded, would be an acceptable consolation prize.

How Burn avoided a yellow but Silva was given one is a bit odd.
Might be that Doku can't play on the right but him running at Burn feels like it would have worked for City.
Probably scared of pissing off the home fans, although Newcastle do tend to get away with murder…
The amount of technology in the game now is shining a glaring spot light on the issue of refereeing (human) consistency and bias. It has a huge impact on far too many games.

Disgrace Burn wasn’t booked for that.
Newcastle seem to have a different threshold applied than the rest of the league.

How the **** does Murphy keep getting punditry work?
Bloke is a charisma blackhole and his ‘insights’ are nothing but vague buzzwords.
“Liverpool can’t deal with Arsenal’s energy and crispness”
“Klopp will be very angry. Think he’ll bring Gravenbach on for legs and intensity”
Nothing you wouldn’t hear from Keith 5 pints deep at the pub. Absolutely 0 tactical insight.

Just because someone touched your foot don't make it a foul.
Clipped his heels, looked a text book penalty to me.
Not been able to find a replay online though.

No booking for Havertz?
