  1. I've gone for 7th, but i meant to go for 6th?! D'oh!

Should imagine Liverpool will pull through a recent poor run of form, they've got the squad, and the quality. Everton will finish up behind them. They've been playing really well of late, and will only get stronger when a few of their players return from African Nations.

Our thread bare squad is a bit of a worry as many have pointed out, fingers crossed luck with remain on our side on the injury front an we'll be able to get the best out of new signing Wayne Routledge. Having him in the side balances things up a little more, and offers us another avenue from which to attack, rather than it just being balls up to Carew or down the left with Young.

  2. I've gone for two.

Jermaine Defoe. Looking like Fred will sign from Lyon, making Defoe fith choice. A move away from White Hart Lane is on the cards. We could well have some competition from Newcastle though.

Chimbonda - Been told he can leave Spurs by Ramos, we need a right-back. Think he'd be a good buy, attacking full-back, exactly what we're after.

  3. I've got Pro Evo and Virtua Tennis 3. I'll have to give youa few games.

Games: Call of Duty 4, Crackdown, Rainbow Six: Vegas, Pro Evo 2008, Virtua Tennis 3, Forza Motorsport 2, Project Gotham Racing 4, Brain Lara International Cricket 2007, Colin McRae Rally: DiRT, Assassins Creed, Crash of the Titans.

  4. i thought hattons next fight would be against de la hoya?

also just liek to say cant mayweather go up a weight like hatton did? i think if hatton didnt hav eto go up a weight division he would have won.

Thats what made the difference really.

He's a seriously hitter at his natural weight, but his punches just don't have the effect when he moves up to Welterweight. He only just out pointed Collazo, so i think he'll have a hard time against most at Welterweight.

  5. He's too young to retire, he's in his prime.

He needs to return to his natural weight now, light-welterweight.

Fight someone like Junior Witter, another arrogant **** that wants a piece of Hatton.

I suspect he'll lose again if he fights Witter so I doubt he'll take that fight.

He'll go down to 140 again, take an easy comeback fight and then go for a belt - if he decides to carry on.

Junior Witter is a lightweight, just below Hatton.

I think it would be a good return fight for him.

No point in him fighting De La Hoya, other than for another big pay day. De La Hoya is at the end of his career, but having watched the fight the weekend, i reckon Hatton would probabley struggle again.

  6. Great effort by the Hitman, i was gutted when he got floored, it was horrible watching him taking a beating towards the end of the fight, but he kept coming back, fair play to him.

Having watched the vast majority of Ricky's fights since he's appeared on Sky Sports, it seems odd seeing him lose, but let's not forget, he's a light-welterweight but moved up to welterweight. He could have stayed at his natural weight, but he wanted the big fights, shyed away from nobody.

Mayweather is brilliant, he's so quick it's unbelieveable. He boxed a clever fight, chipped away at Hatton with his jab, then when he knew he was tiring, started throwing some big shots.

I don't think Hatton should retire, no way, far too young. Maybe look at a fight against Junior Witter? Mayweather's got fuckall left to prove, he may aswell finish up.
