I did the BBC predictor before the Wigan game and I had 32 points being enough to stay up. We finished on 40, 2 wins 6 draws and 5 defeats. Nothing happened in fixtures to change that. In fact we are better off today than we were before yesterdays games.

But thats only your opinion, doesn't necessarily mean it's gonna turn out that way. It'd take a hell if a poor run for us and a great run from a few of the bottom teams for us to go down. But, unlikely as it is, I wouldn't rule it out just yet.

I buy Villa shirts for two reasons:

1: To show my colours, proudly wearing it.

2: To support the club with money.

I was excited when we got Nike, I can't deny that, but as it seems we didn't get that much out of it, this seems to be a lot better deal for us. If you're United or Barcelona then Nike is probably the best, but for a club like us I don't think it's that beneficial. At least we get paid some good money for this one.

and even more i'm somewhat of a shirt collector, but for personal preference, i'll stick with and wear my Nike Claret and Blue proudly.

Plus if were getting good money for this deal and it's not based on shirt sales a la the Nike deal, then I won't have to buy poorly manufactured goods.

Champions league footy makes all the difference. Look at Spurs they had the cheek to put different sponsors on all three shirts last season.

Much as I don't care for the spuds, they didn't.

They had 2 sponsors... Autonomy and Aurasma which are one and the same. Autonomy=Name of company(software R&D) Aurasma=Augmented Reality App (Devloped by company)

The Autonomy brand is now a part of Hewlett-Packard, who I seem to remember THFC having before.

It's just the same as our Rover/MG deal.

The only problem is that he is being shifted around quite a bit and is having to work on wing play and forward play. I think, to get the maximum out of him, he needs to take a position and work at one position.

He's at the age now where he needs to be playing in a regular postion, wether up-front or wide left ala Henry. I reckon he's got the tools to become a legend at VP.
