I'm doing the 'Run for Moore' charity run in Heaton Park, Manchester on the 3rd June. It's all in aid of the Bobby Moore Fund, a charity which raises money for research into bowel cancer.

I know that very few of you know me on here and that sponsorship is asking a lot, but I think it's a really great cause and any little donation helps. Don't be put off by the one donation so far, most of the money raised is being raised offline!

I was in a pub with no commentary, but I did see a little clip of the bit where Arteta chip it past McCann and he sounds suspiciously like he was pleasuring himself.

Hang on, since when has Sky Sports News been half decent? The same few stories repeated by the same boring presenters. It's like Sky News but narrowed right down so there isn't enough content to fill a show. The ONLY thing worth watching is the Gilette Soccer Special thing, but that's not a huge amount better than what you'll find on your local radio station.

I stay away from S*y out of principle. I will not be giving my money to them.
