Did anyone see the SSN interview with David Gold yesterday? - what a word removed!!!!

He was trying to justify the blose bad season - blaming the failed takeover (which he appeared to avoid his own input in) and 'losing' potato-head to Wigan.....

Now, i'm not a fan of Bruce but I thought he was ill-treated by the noses during the whole takeover debarcle and was forced to leave - add to that, the whole 'image rights' payments required by Bruce to go after!!!!!

Gold using 'losing' Bruce as an excuse sums up the noses to me - devoid of intelligence and recalling things in their own twisted manner entirely different to the truth.

The blose board have done us proud and masterminded their own downfall - for this I salute them!

Was never much of a fan of Nick Cave as I thought he was a Tom Waits imitator, but I'm beginning to warm to the man's music.

Quality album - Yuen Biao. If you like that i suggest you check out the Lyre of Orpheus/Abbotoir Blues double album and The Boatmans Call

I'm currently listening to Dengue Fever - Tiger Phonecard .... absolutely quality and infectious - the album is spot on too a strange mix of US alt rock mixed in with Cambodian grooves

Carlitos Way is still my fave all time film, plus films like Dog Day Afternoon, Serpico, Donnie Brasco, Scent of a Woman and obviously the Godfather series show his versatility!

I really like De Niro too but on the whole - but I prefer the Pacino movies
