The problem with EHO is they only look at the final product - it's nearly impossible to detect spores in an ice cube due to the temps bacteria grow in (it's only when you heat bacteria they die, they're still in there!)
It's the same for the bar staff that "clean" them. They're untrained and can only clean what's infront of them, which isn't alot.
It's only one you take the covers off and get into the innards you see all the nasty stuff.
Regardless of whether state these spores are in, I don't want that shit in my body

That's interesting, and gross. Obviously this is dependent upon how the establishment sources its ice. What are the good ways of sourcing ice and what are the bad? I like my ice, so I'd rather be able to ask the right question* rather than have to forego it altogether.
* Which I probably won't do anyway.
They all have on site Ice makers. Hence why it is disgusting that they don't need to have them maintained.
Here's today's one, from a high end restaurant chain, don't be fooled by the nice decor.
Ans this unit is little over a year old!

If you've never been told to NEVER have ice, then consider yourself warned.
I work one ice makers nearly daily and they're all filthy bacteria pits.
It's ridiculous that a machine that essentially makes a food, does not need to be maintained in any way by law.
EHO are a waste of a title. They are letting these companies get away with it.
Again, never have ice.

On one hand I'm glad Hamilton won't win it, blaming the team then kissing their arse all week and then all the media/snapchat stuff has me finished with him.
But I'm absolutely dreading seeing Rosbergs smug face win the championship. I can't forget the stunt he pulled at Monaco, the slimey git.
I hope to god that Red Bull or even McLaren can jump the field with next seasons changes because I'm sick of these two.

Drugs promise you heaven, but take you to hell.
I hope for my family's sake I resist the urge to go back (to cocaine) because it would be a one way train to destruction.
I've had one particular experience that should hopefully put me off for good to the point I was praying to a god i don't believe in the next day.
I'm far too ashamed to share, sorry for being so vague, but it's quite recent and I've told no one. This is just me getting a tiny bit of it off my shoulders, because believe me, It hurts.
Edit: to be clear I've not robbed anyone or done anything to hurt anyone intentionally.

was he ever really that good? in his best seasons at Everton, Moyes played him left back away from the centre of defence and he got a few goals which made him look good
He scored 10 goals in 07/08 which is some going for a defender!

He's going to stick an RPM sensor on it and if that fixes it then great. Otherwise it's a new chain kit for all in about ~€800, but for a ten year old car that's what you'd expect.

It's always worth a watch first week to see what totty they've put in.
The one is a stunner... Until she starts talking and pretending to throw vases about

Where the **** is the finish line?

No faith in RDM what so ever, has to go sharpish!

I wish him all the best. He was great for us, can't ask any more.
All these goals for palace are already creeping him up the scorer table, getting the confidence he thrives on

A vegan, an atheist, and a Cross-Fitter all walk into a bar. I know because they immediately told everyone.

That would explain why the bottom of broad street is bus/taxi now as well

Anyone else here tried binaural beats? I've had some reasonable results - with the more relaxing alpha waves in particular, but could just be placebo?

Is someone royally **** up Birmingham's roads for a laugh??
Five Ways traffic lights. The queues now are longer than they ever were! In all directions!
M42 J6 NB. Now the filter lane is for the airport only, meaning I have to go to the lights for brum, wtf?! It was absolutely fine as it was!
The Sty Maccies roundabout. Now the traffic lights block up the roundabout so everyone's hustling to get in the outside lane for the Cov Road.
And as for the bus lane on the Pershore Road, it's a complete no go in the morning now, it's just grid lock.
I bet it's the same person that thought the (empty) 2+ lane past Fort/Star City would solve global warming

Gym Routine

Felt a twinge in between my shoulder blades at the base of my neck whilst doing some shrugs last night. Woke up this morning in absolute agony - I can't move my head without feeling a very sharp pain!
It's strange because I warmed up as always. I always focus on good form and I was only using 20's.
It's so **** frustrating to get into a good routine only to pick up an injury to knock you back.
I thought doing my rotator cuff was bad, this feels much worse
